liz wells Dr. Tui has been my physician for a few years now. Her and her medical assistant Tessa are very professional in their role. They take their time to fully understand your concerns with their undivided attention. They do their best to take care of those needs and to answer your questions. There has never been a time where I felt rushed in my appointment, my time was well respected. Tui and Tessa are very responsive and available with call, text or portal message. I pray they never leave because they are the best and I dont want to lose them.

Colin OBrien Provider I saw was fine. However, their admin side is incredibly slow and basically everything will get referred out anyways. I had a very time sensitive problem which I was told would take three weeks just to have the referral sent out so I could get an appointment scheduled at the other office.

Mud Fish The physicians and staff are kind, compassionate, and professional. The front office staff are the best I have encountered. From prompt callbacks and scheduling, to going above and beyond to establish a genuine relationship with patients. The doctors on staff are always willing to listen and take the patients overall needs into consideration. I’m always impressed by their vigilance and standards. I have been a Vantage patient for around 7 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my healthcare. A+

Ang 805 The providers here are amazing and as someone with a lot of anxiety they were sure to address all of my concerns. While I can see and agree with some of the points in the other reviews as appointments are changed often but I have recently learned of a lot of administrative turnover and changes there that make it very difficult on the staff who honestly want to do a great job serving their patients. Thing about medicine is its not an exact science as much as we all wish it was. In my experience here and now with a healthy baby, they did right by me and the best they could and thats actually better than many places. Everyone there from front desk to MA staff and all of the providers genuinely care.

Bayou Billy This was my first time going into this doctors office. I was checked in really quick and the nurses were really friendly. My Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and I feel she cared about my wellbeing. I look forward to having a good relationship with this doctors office in the future. My only complaint would be that the appointments are booked out 3 months.

Alisha Dr Duncan has been my provider for over 3 years. He is absolutely amazing. He is very skilled, excellent communicator, compassionate and has guided me in my health and wellness journey. My health is better than it has ever been. His healthcare model allows for same day appointments, longer visits and a very comprehensive approach to healthcare. Dr Duncan addresses the whole person not only a symptom. I highly recommend Dr Thomas Duncan and Duncan Integrative Health. When you enter the atmosphere is positive and uplifting. Melody is an absolute gem - upbeat and welcoming. The entire team is simply amazing. Consider Duncan Integrative Health for all of your primary healthcare needs.

Kim Simpson I had the pleasure of visiting Enas in the lab this afternoon. She is AMAZING! I have difficult veins to hit and she got them on the first try... quick and painless! And she is such a sweet soul too!

S H My soulmate of 13 years started to decline. Navigating our vet and emergency vet brought on a lot of loneliness as symptoms were a little vague and they’re so busy. We landed at OVS oncology thinking we’d lose her that day based on her worsened condition and X-rays. The team were immediately warm and comforting which was absolutely incredible despite my relentless feeling of doom. She went through a scary situation some hours later. Dr. Parshley contacted me immediately with digestible information on what happened, next steps, and possible outcomes. You can tell when people put their entire soul into their craft, and this office is full of those people. They have been such a bright spot in one of my most frightening moments and have made so many hours hanging in the unknown comfortable. You don’t get many vet experiences like this and I’m extremely grateful.
