Bayou Billy This was my first time going into this doctors office. I was checked in really quick and the nurses were really friendly. My Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and I feel she cared about my wellbeing. I look forward to having a good relationship with this doctors office in the future. My only complaint would be that the appointments are booked out 3 months.

Ang 805 The providers here are amazing and as someone with a lot of anxiety they were sure to address all of my concerns. While I can see and agree with some of the points in the other reviews as appointments are changed often but I have recently learned of a lot of administrative turnover and changes there that make it very difficult on the staff who honestly want to do a great job serving their patients. Thing about medicine is its not an exact science as much as we all wish it was. In my experience here and now with a healthy baby, they did right by me and the best they could and thats actually better than many places. Everyone there from front desk to MA staff and all of the providers genuinely care.

When I visited the Occupational Health registration desk in early January, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, patience, and meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the care I needed that day. Without her, it wouldn’t have been possible. She truly felt like an angel. Since last summer, I’ve frequently visited Kaiser for various appointments. Every time Michele assisted me with registration, I was always greeted with her warm smile, positive attitude, and outstanding efficiency. This January, when I required special assistance—especially since English is not my first language—Michelle once again went out of her way to provide support. She is incredibly intelligent and quick to understand what I needed, which made the process much smoother. I am deeply grateful that Kaiser has such an extraordinary team member like Michele. Dr. Kim is very professional, thorough, and explained everything during the visit. I would absolutely pay out of pocket to see her again over using our established insurance. Alisha Dr Duncan has been my provider for over 3 years. He is absolutely amazing. He is very skilled, excellent communicator, compassionate and has guided me in my health and wellness journey. My health is better than it has ever been. His healthcare model allows for same day appointments, longer visits and a very comprehensive approach to healthcare. Wyndia Smith I just had my baby Friday morning, all the doctors and nurses did an amazing job at delivering my baby by C-section they made me feel comfortable during the prepping and the actual surgery. From the surgery to recovery to me and my baby recovering in the room, the nurses, food aid attendants did a wonderful job as well I would definitely recommend this hospital for delivery a baby and all other things medical you may need as well. Wish I could find a way to donate to this hospital. Job Amazingly done.
