1 /5 Shelly Pierce: This is the absolute worst place to go if you are battling depression and are in need of help. My husband was there and he said he felt worse when he got out pulse he lost 5 pounds being in there because they couldn’t get his diet right. I dropped warm clothes off for him and it took them ‘till the next day to give them to him. They have quiet time each night for shift change and you have to go to your room and be quiet and not bother anyone. You are pretty much left on your own without any support from staff. If you are in need of help do not go to this place if you have another option. The staff is there for a paycheck that’s all. (There are a few that care)

5 /5 Stephanie Buchanan: I needed help with ptsd depression and anxiety. I thank God I was sent there. The staff are loving and caring on the women’s unit 2BE. I met wonderful people other patients and even housekeepers and kitchen staff. Thank you all!!! I’ve never been treated better!!! Only criticism is no safety hand rails in shower. I’m 79 and truly needed them or a shower chair. There were none

1 /5 Sam Thayer: So far Im less than pleased. Not once but twice today , by two different women, I was yelled at over the phone. I called to make sure my 14yro arrived safely as he was transported from another hospital. I wasnt ever told I would need an access code and was never given one. So when I explained that, through tears bc where is my son, the intake nurse bit my head off and says "Jesus, he just got here and hes filling out paperwork. We will have him call you after." She never even let me give them his name, how could she know which kid is mine? The first call, I needed paperwork to be faxed over to the hospital he was at and was told they couldnt send BLANK paperwork to the ER after the ER requested it. His stay hasnt even begun and Im already regretting sending him. This is not how you handle these things.

1 /5 Brian Hudson: Some good staff but alot of bad. I was in a month and their track record on me was... A patients rights violation, an assault by staff, 2 hipaa violations, I got injured on my knee and couldnt walk but no crutches allowed, and finally a nurse screamed and threatened me because I told him six times that he was making me anxious and to go away. He decided to scream at me over and over to have the last word. Then he threatened to put me in the trouble maker unit. Then he lied and told someone on the phone I was psychotic, violent and rude. Thus committing slander

1 /5 Epic Gymnastics Music: This place will not help you feel better. It will make you hate humanity. I did not receive any care while I was here. The clothing they provide you are thinner than paper and scrape your skin. Not a psych evaluation or a talk with a therapist to be seen. This places structure is failing there were days where all the patients were left asking, are we doing anything today? That answer is no, but yet the staff could not tell us if we had group therapy or not or what we are doing. The staff besides the nurses only show up when they feel like it which leaves the nurses to reply with I dont know the schedule. They tried to tell me my diagnosis was wrong after talking to me for 5 minutes and push meds on me. When I have been working close with a psychiatrist and a therapist outside of this place for years who both diagnosed me and I firmly believe my diagnosis. The patients told me if I dont take the meds they want they will either force me to take them or I will never get out. They only let you outside once a week if you are well behaved you get that privilege. I believe fresh air is a human right, that is insane. I had just had ankle surgery and just got out of a boot and had just started walking when i came here. They gave me a shower chair for one day then took it away from me because i am not authorized to have one and i will have to wait until some person who may show up in 3 days or a week tells me its okay. I needed a chair to shower i couldnt shower without one. This place is structured to make you more depressed and is straight up abusive to people who are struggling. They locked this one girl out of her room (doesnt like being social) until she took her medicine and she was sobbing. The food is revolting I wouldnt even feed it to a homeless person. I dont know how this level of care is okay, this place should be dismantled. This place and the people there just want you to stay here as long as possible so that they can charge more.
