1 /5 Spencer Monahan: I accompanied my partner to the appointment she has waiting SIX months for today and was appalled at the way patients were treated. We waited over and hour before being told our appointment would need to be rescheduled. People in the waiting room had been there longer than us already!!! I cannot believe how much difficulty is being put into the most vulnerable population of people. Most of these people NEED care, and have waited a long time for these appointments. It’s time to take a look at how we are treating people; the system needs a change. Everyone deserves adequate medical care and attention. Heartbreaking to see

1 /5 John J: This clinic will make you schedule months out for any appointment, only to cancel all your appointments due to some “error”. then when you reschedule them all for months out a second time they will randomly cancel because “the doctor is not in today” thats unprofessional and unacceptable. I have a 7 day a week schedule and can not continue putting working on my teeth off because this clinic can’t get a proper schedule worked out. Also don’t waste your time being an a “cancellation call list” they won’t call you when someone cancels. What a waste of half a year of my life thanks guys

1 /5 Bobbie Shaw: I Was seen Monday August 24th of 2024 by Dr. Huong Lakin at the sea mar located in Lacey Washington. My appointment was at 915 am and was an appointment to get a referral as well as my medication refilled. After taking me back and taking vitals I waited almost a hour for the dr herself to come in. She entered my room at 1010, almost frantic and rushing the appointment along to begin with. She seemed inconvenience by my appointment even asking me “why are you here”. When I proceeded to tell her she told me she “didn’t have time” to address my concerns and I needed to pick one… She said I have a “15 min window” and that’s all.. I pointed out that I’m simply asking for a med refill and referral and don’t understand why that can’t be completed in said 15 min… I had to put my foot down after she raised her voice at me and said “if I have 15 min, then I have till 1025 am because you entered my room at 1010am so im going to take my whole 15 min and we will see what we can complete in that time” (At this point she didn’t even have her stethoscope on her and left the room to go grab it and give me my whole 15 min) Needless to say 15 min was enough time to get referrals and medication taken care of:)) BUT IT DOSENT END THERE… They said I needed a vaccine at the beginning of my appointment so at this time I’m still waiting for the MA to come do this so I can leave. It wasn’t till 1110 am that I got to leave the room that I was placed in at 915 for a med refill and referral. TO TOP IT OFF TODAY IS 8/28/24 and I received a call from place they referred me to,, telling me they actually don’t work on the area I need looked at or Specialized in I that region,, and told ME THE PLACE TO TELL THEM TK PROPERLY SEND IT TO. And my medication refills WERE NOT SENT IN. I’ve continued to become increasingly more disappointed and concerned with the care provided from the sea mar community staff. Is the patients health in their best interest? I truly don’t believe so. I have had two emergency surgeries over the past five years from them not catching major medical problems the latest being in June of 2024. I do not recommend any of the sea mar locations and believe someone should look into there patient care.

1 /5 Lucie Healy: This is the worst doctors office Ive ever been to. Waited over an hour in the waiting room. And then waited for an hour and 40 minutes in the exam room. I almost just walked out. But as soon as I was about to I was finally seen but only for 5 minutes. And THEN they put my information down wrong that I specifically asked them to change right then and there. Do not go here. Go anywhere else.
