Melissa and Dr Craven took very good care of me and made my experience amazing. This team truly cares and are very good at what they do. Definitely coming back. Thank you so much ladies!

2 /5 Sovereign Nomad: It is unfortunate that I find myself compelled to revise my review of Dr Cravens office, predicated upon recent experiences with their operational procedures. Over the course of several years, both I and my family have enjoyed the professional services rendered by Dr. Craven and her team. Additionally, I have actively reffered their practice to acquaintances. Following a hiatus of a year, I respectfully requested to be placed on their waitlist for a routine cleaning and examination, I was met with a disheartening response from a previously amiable receptionist. Regrettably, I was informed that the office could no longer accommodate me as a patient, citing an incident from the past without further inquiry or clarification. Admittedly, the particulars of said incident elude my memory. Despite my willingness to accommodate their scheduling demands in the past for them, the decision to blacklist me for a solitary missed appointment appears disproportionate and atypical. I implore Dr. Craven to conduct an investigation into this matter. While I expressed remorse for any transgression on my part, the impersonal reception I encountered was disconcerting. Regrettably, I can no longer in good conscience recommend this establishment to others. This turn of events is truly disappointing and hope it only is the receptionist Shelly, and not the policy of Dr Craven and rest of her staff. Not best way to treat your patients. Sad, but I am willing to take my business elsewhere where my family and I are treated professionally.

5 /5 Ron Allen: Everyone is nice and caring. I always feel comfortable. I feel they are budget conscious when planning my care. I had a crown fall off and they were expeditious getting me in for repair. Dr. Craven is smart and meticulous. I have complete confidence in her work and her teams.

5 /5 Emmily Ocker: Dr. Kimberly Craven, staff, and the entire office feel like a "Spokane Best Kept Secret" from a by-gone era, because the warm, personal, and accommodating experience is just not one you can expect in health care these days. The Dentist and office staff remember and know you (which Im sure is in part to great note and chart keeping - well done!) The office is clean and efficient. My appointments always start on time. Many of my family members have switched to using this practice and all agree its a cut above the rest.

5 /5 Louisa Reid: As always I was greeted by their great office manager and promptly seen by the hygienist. My dental cleaning experience was great. No discomfort, high quality cleaning, and my teeth looked great! This was one of my visits where Dr. Craven also examined me. It amazes me how she always remembers details about me and takes the time to say hello and inquire about me before starting the exam. My dental care has always been excellent and recommendations relevant. It almost feels like visiting friends when I come to the office but with the added benefit of receiving stellar dental care.
