The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most, though, was the compassion and professionalism of the clinical team. I had been putting off dental care due to fear and a past bad experience elsewhere, but Aspen Dental completely changed that for me. The hygienist was incredibly gentle and explained each step of the cleaning, which helped ease my anxiety. When I met with the dentist, I was impressed by their knowledge, honesty, and thoroughness. They took the time to go over my X-rays and treatment plan in detail, making sure I felt comfortable with every decision. What truly touched my heart was how the team treated me like a person, not just a patient. One assistant noticed I was nervous and took a moment to hold my hand and reassure me—it might seem like a small gesture, but it made a world of difference. That kindness stayed with me. Leonard Hall Dr. Cho and his staff are first rate! Excellent service from top to bottom! We moved to the Spokane area from another state and we weren’t sure what dentist we should use, but we happened to meet Dr. Cho and his family outside the business setting and they impressed us, so when the need came for dental work, I called him. I’m very glad I did! I had an old crown that came out and he made a new one that fit better than the last one. The machines they use to make crowns are amazing! Five stars doesn’t seem to be enough.

Tony Bly I really appreciated the staff, first of all. They were all very friendly, caring and kind. This was my first visit and they all made me feel welcome. The tour I was given just before my treatment was impressive, to say the least. The office was exceptionally clean, organized, and attractive. My treatment was very thorough, comfortable, and efficient. We accomplished a lot today in a fairly short period of time. I highly recommend Spokane Family Dental.

Jacki I had a dental emergency. Dr Scotts team got me in quickly and were so friendly. Dr. Scott gave me options for treatment, something I have never had a dentist do before. No pain, and he was quick about the treatment. I got the feeling the staff had worked together for a long time, and it makes such a difference to see they work together well and are comfortable with each other.

Lynne Price This Was An Exceptional Experience! Our visit to Sleep Dentistry of Spokane was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team was kind, courteous, and thoroughly professional. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and treated us with genuine care and respect. Tracy, in particular, was wonderful—she was the person I communicated with the most, and her warmth, clarity, and attentiveness made all the difference. She explained everything going on with my daughter clearly, checked in often, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. We are so grateful for the compassionate and thoughtful care we received. Thank you all for turning what could have been a very stressful experience into something reassuring and positive!

Hamish I hate the dentist and have avoided it like the plague for nearly ten years, but some friends recommended smile source to me and I went very tentatively. Two appointments in and I cannot say enough lovely things about Paige!!! She goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, understanding and clarity, and regularly checks in throughout the appointment to make sure I’m still doing okay. I still don’t enjoy the dentist but having Paige as my hygienist makes my appointments a lot more bearable, and my appointment today was the most comfortable appointment I’ve ever had! -Olivia
