The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most, though, was the compassion and professionalism of the clinical team. I had been putting off dental care due to fear and a past bad experience elsewhere, but Aspen Dental completely changed that for me. The hygienist was incredibly gentle and explained each step of the cleaning, which helped ease my anxiety. When I met with the dentist, I was impressed by their knowledge, honesty, and thoroughness. They took the time to go over my X-rays and treatment plan in detail, making sure I felt comfortable with every decision. What truly touched my heart was how the team treated me like a person, not just a patient. One assistant noticed I was nervous and took a moment to hold my hand and reassure me—it might seem like a small gesture, but it made a world of difference. That kindness stayed with me. Thanks to Aspen Dental, I no longer dread dental visits. Their mix of clinical excellence and heartfelt care is something every healthcare provider should strive for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate dental care.

5 /5 Phillip B: I had a great experience with my consultation, everybody there was extremely friendly and made me very comfortable in my time of major insecurities. Their prices are in the range of most dentists that have a good reputation. They broke down all my options very clearly and gave me all the information I needed to know about my situation since I do not have insurance. The only thing I wasnt impressed with was their financing options. They use 3rd party providers and doesnt matter what your credit score is (Mines in the 700s) they charge 35% interest and only approved me for half the procedure cost. I ended up going to my bank and getting a personal loan to cover the full procedure and now Im waiting for Aspen to open Monday to schedule my procedure.

5 /5 Achenbaugh Brian (JaggedPill): I had a major procedure done, with a full extraction and implants at the Aspen N Division office. Hannah and team were great with consulting and communication. They explained everything so that my implants could heal and then move on to the next steps..This will be quite the journey, Im confident in the staff at Aspen N Division that this will continue to be a great experience.

1 /5 Dewanna McIntosh: Beginning with my latest visit. I confirmed my appointment time twice via e mail. The office called and "confirmed" it was half an hour earlier. When I questioned it, I was told the hygienist needed me there earlier. When I got there I was confronted with a bill for $2600+ that I had discussed many many times with staff that apparently doesnt work there any more. This gal kept insisting that I should have receipts with me. I asked her if that was why my appointment was changed and she said yes. I told her if they had been upfront about it I could have been prepared with paperwork. She only wanted to show me on the computer that I owed this amount. We went round and round with the previous staff and was finally told by them that it was all cleared up. I assumed it was since I havent been contacted again about it in over 6 months. She said I would have to address this charge every time I came in until it was paid. I told her I would not be paying it. When I finally got in to see the hygienist she informed me that she had another appointment in an hour and would have to try and get me finished by then. After my implants were removed and cleaned, she asked the dentist to finish it up because she had another appointment. This dentist was new to me and didnt bother to introduce himself. He worked for quite a while reinserting the implants and then asked an assistant to finish up. She told him she was too busy. I felt that my appointment should have been the priority at the time I was supposed to be there. The staff at this office has always been so unfriendly and unsmiling except for one lady in the front office. She apparently is no longer there. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

1 /5 Patricia Edgar: I spent 1 hour, 45 minutes in the office for a cleaning. I was left alone to wait a couple of times with the doctor abruptly leaving with no explanation. An expensive treatment plan was offered, and I ended up leaving without getting a cleaning. I was told that I would need to schedule a deep cleaning and would have to schedule it for another visit. I was left in a lounge for an office manager who finally came and retrieved me, only to be told my treatments options and costs. One option offered me cost $25,000. They were happy to offer financing! When I asked why I didnt get a cleaning (which was the reason for my visit), I was told that because of periodontal disease I would need to schedule a deep cleaning that takes 90 minutes. I declined all treatment options. Not a good place to go. I couldnt wait to get out of there.
