1 /5 Taylor Reed: Avoid at all costs — this office is dishonest, negligent, and unprofessional.
I came to Dr. Keefe’s office asking specifically for Invisalign treatment. Instead of being transparent, he gave me a knockoff, off-brand version without disclosing the difference. What was supposed to be a 9-month treatment turned into a frustrating, painful, and damaging 3-year ordeal.
A year into treatment, the office quietly stopped working with the off-brand company — probably because it was junk — but instead of owning up to it or offering a real solution, Dr. Keefe kept going with a treatment he knew wasnt working. I even offered to pay out of pocket for a better option, but he ignored every request and continued down a path that only worsened my bite.
By the end, he blamed my body for not responding to treatment — a completely unacceptable excuse when every red flag pointed to poor planning, poor materials, and poor care. For reference: when aligners don’t bring a back bite together, a competent orthodontist uses braces or alternative methods. Dr. Keefe? He chose to do nothing.
Despite my discipline — I followed every instruction, never missed an appointment, and was respectful and cooperative — I was treated like an afterthought. He’d see me for maybe 15 seconds each visit, dismiss me, and move on. Now I have to pay a real dentist to fix the bite issues this office caused.
When I requested a partial refund to cover the damage and cost of corrective treatment, they completely ignored me.
I don’t have a history of writing negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others before they fall into the same trap. This office didn’t just waste my time and money — it damaged my health. You deserve better.
