Robin Getz Dr Renck did a good check up and cleaning even though one of his hygienists was away due to sickness. Always very helpful concerning costs and insurances. Has done a good job on our teeth, with his staff. Thanks

Tiffany Vandervert I had a great experience at Smiles of Spokane! The front office staff were welcoming, and the entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The dental assistant was kind and attentive, explaining each step and making sure I was at ease throughout the visit. My hygienist did a thorough and gentle cleaning, and Dr. Parque was professional, informative, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated the teamwork and how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for friendly, high-quality dental care!

They are family friendly and so wonderful with their patients. I actually enjoy going there and catching up with Dr. Kevin King, and his sons, Dr. Samuel King and Ben King. Denise Branum I recently changed jobs and different dental insurance. So, I saw all the previous reviews on this place n decided to try it. I called because I had some questions and I just happened to get the employee that handles the insurance claims and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get in pretty quickly because of a cancellation. The front desk lady was super nice, the lobby is decorated nice and they offer free small bottles of water. Tracy is the hygienist that I got to see. She did X-rays with this really high tech machine first. Im pretty sure it was a CT scan of my mouth. Anyways she was super nice, gentle and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist came in and said that he appreciated me answering all the questions on their "smile survey" paper work. He then addressed my concerns I had several). He took his time explaining things and his plan of treatment. I highly recommend this place.

Deb Nance Love this practice. You get to know the hygienist and assistants and they are great. I especially love Erin, she has always been so friendly and welcoming. She knows her job well. Dr Metcalf is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I drive from Sandpoint Idaho because I just don’t want to change dental office or care!!!

Joe OBrien I had the misfortune of my bridgework fracturing in the night. I was able to get an emergency appointment the very next morning. That happened on a Friday which is the day that Dr. Steins office is closed. He was able to get me in on that very day as well as his assistant Meagan. I had some very big plans/events for the upcoming week and I was very fortunate that we have Dr. Stein and his amazing team. Mirinda was a key player in this as well as she is always taking care of my family! I just feel so appreciative of this team of caring and passionate people who actually care for their patients. Thank you so very much and I will NEVER for get this experience.

Megan Lehman Downriver Smiles is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk through the door Stacey greets you with a smile! My hygienist Melissa is the great! She’s so gentle and my teeth always feel so clean when she is done. And Dr. Gaunt is always so kind and gentle. I’ve had crowns and fillings done by him and never had any issues. I have a fear of the dentist but not after going to Downriver. I felt no anxiety when having treatment done. Will recommend this office to anyone!
