1 /5 Chelsea Curry: Tell me why it takes almost two weeks for a referral to be approved. I was told last week the referral to another clinic was received and then told today they had no actual proof of that and now I need to wait on my doctor to come back from vacation to sign off on it. It shouldn’t be this hard.

1 /5 Vince Crook: The facility is clean, well kept, and organized. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. As with most places these days the front office makes life difficult. I simply needed a prescription refilled. They will not refill a prescription without an appointment even if your prescription is to be automatically refilled. So I made an appointment. There was a problem between the doctor and the pharmacy and my prescription was not filled. The office said I fell through the cracks and when I said that was unacceptable they put me on hold forever. I went into the office to get it sorted out and when I said I wanted to stay until my prescription was sorted out, they called security to keep an eye on me. Completely embarrassing! I’m going to a new doctor!

5 /5 Cook Linda (Cookie): I really like Skagit Regional Clinic in Stanwood as all the staff are very friendly and professional. I am always greeted with a smile and checked in right away. The medical assistant or nurse took me right back. Checked my vitals, went through my medications and allergies and asked questions to check in about both my physical and mental health. Next the P.A. Jodie introduced herself, reviewed the reasons I was coming in and completed a physical exam. She was very thorough in talking to me about any concerns or questions and talked about when I made need to follow up. Excellent communication, friendly and professional service all around. I would definitely give this clinic 5 stars all around.
