John I was 100% satisfied with the level of care provided by Dr. Willis. He listened to my complaints of aches and pains in my hip, and did the appropriate imaging to confirm his diagnosis before proceeding with surgery. His manner was pleasant, his CV was flawless, and most importantly, the outcome of my surgery has been amazing. Friends, family, and neighbors are shocked and amazed at how well I was walking just a day after surgery and beyond. I recommend Dr. Willis to anyone needing hip or knee replacement surgery without reservation. In fact, I recommend him with enthusiasm!

You get in a room fast, they take the best care of you possible and if they can’t help you, they call other doctors or places to get you the help you need. Everyone is so caring and takes such good care of their patients. The nurses and techs go above and beyond for their patients. Thankful for everything they have done for my family when we go there.

John Stump Its absolutely a blessing to me. Every single person involved in Skagit valley hospital for that matter Thank you Very professional very kind and very loving and everything they do. And thats every time that I have ever come in to the hospital for whatever reason. It is a hospital of angels in my book Agape love for sure. I hope I never have to come back into the hospital for any reason but if I do I know I will be handled in the same way that I have for years. You are a lighthouse to me up on a hill. Allison Lowber I visited SRHs Urgent Care in Mt Vernon yesterday (Sat 12/7/24) around 11am. The facility itself is beautiful, new and clean, the two ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming. The two MAs that checked me in were also incredibly kind. They completely disarmed me, as I was very nervous whether or not to come in (Im stubborn and have white coat syndrome) and then the Doctor. She was the BEST doc Ive met in a long time. Dr Benson. She was thorough, thoughtful and included me in decision making, which she didnt have to do and I appreciated. She came up with a very clear plan of care with printed instructions (helps my add brain) and someone else even went over with them with me in case I had questions. Then they set me up with labs and the lab gal was fabulous. I seriously have never had a better experience in any Healthcare facility. This place is amazing! Of course it is walk in basis, so there will be a wait. But well worth it. Not being able to get into my primary care office, I was exceptionally grateful to be seen by them. No shaming, nothing but positivity. Thank you so much for seeing me and taking such good care of me. Yall are an amazing team. I appreciate you and all you do ♡

She came up with a great path forward and it was a good experience overall. From the time you walk in, the receptionists and medical professionals are very friendly and welcoming. Check in process is easy and the wait time is minimal. Alina is an amazing provider who is knowledgeable and thorough in her exams. She has many times pinpointed, figured out and resolved issues that we had. Alina truly listens. My kids and I feel genuinely cared for and would recommend this clinic to anyone.
