All of my health issues are addressed each visit and she responds timely to messages. They are thorough and compassionate, take time to make their findings understandable, and patiently and clearly respond to questions. Their expertise changed my life when I was searching for answers about long Covid symptoms, and they took time to integrate findings from other specialty areas in treatment decision-making. They’ve also spoken in terms that matched each of my family members’ developmental needs, one who is young and another who is elderly with memory issues. Hearing loss has an emotional element for patients at every age that they normalized and honored, too.
