Allison Lowber I visited SRHs Urgent Care in Mt Vernon yesterday (Sat 12/7/24) around 11am. The facility itself is beautiful, new and clean, the two ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming. The two MAs that checked me in were also incredibly kind. They completely disarmed me, as I was very nervous whether or not to come in (Im stubborn and have white coat syndrome) and then the Doctor. She was the BEST doc Ive met in a long time. Dr Benson. She was thorough, thoughtful and included me in decision making, which she didnt have to do and I appreciated. She came up with a very clear plan of care with printed instructions (helps my add brain) and someone else even went over with them with me in case I had questions. Then they set me up with labs and the lab gal was fabulous. I seriously have never had a better experience in any Healthcare facility. This place is amazing! Of course it is walk in basis, so there will be a wait. But well worth it. Not being able to get into my primary care office, I was exceptionally grateful to be seen by them. No shaming, nothing but positivity. Thank you so much for seeing me and taking such good care of me. Yall are an amazing team. I appreciate you and all you do ♡

Dustin Hillis This place has its ups and downs. Dont give up hope! I stuck with Sea Mar through a lot of rough patches. I didnt think Id get anywhere with them. I kept losing counselors and starting over. Finally, I found a new counselor that I decided to give a chance to, and I liked. I made a breakthrough and am making real progress now. I am hopeful for the future with all the help I am receiving.

Deb Caldwell I am new to Skagit County and have a complicated medical history. I chose Dr. Abraham and setup a new patient appointment. I was impressed by Dr. Abraham’s knowledge of my 40+ year history, along with his knowledge across multiple systems and health issues created as a result of prior treatments. He did not rush the appointment and let me know his follow-up plan. The follow-up and directions for further care have been excellent.

Kimberly Freehill I have underwent a cervical disc replacement with Dr. R. Dylan Morris and am preparing for a second spine surgery with him soon. My experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Morris and his team were consistently kind, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. Dr. Morris guided me through my treatment options with clarity, relying on current research and data to help me make an informed decision. He was upfront about the statistics, the necessary pre- and post-surgery work, and what to expect from the procedure itself. This transparency and thoroughness made me feel confident and well-prepared. With my upcoming surgery just around the corner, I am reassured by the quality of care and professionalism Dr. Morris has demonstrated. If you are in need of a skilled and trustworthy spine surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. R. Dylan Morris.

Cora Palmer Doctor Dissadee went over my lab results, explaining each item in detail. He answered all my questions and took my vitals to confirm my present condition. He was very informative, courteous and professional.

Mystery Ember “Ember” Update: they fixed the issue. It has been much better. Thank you for following up with us! Old review: I cannot get thru to talk to my daughters doctor since the change over . Today I have left the call back number after a long wait and still not return call. They arent approving my daughters lifesaving medicine which is very annoying . I cant figure out another way to get thru to them. What if my daughter needed nurse advice? We sure wouldnt be able to get it .

Kerry Dwin Probably the best medical experience I ever had. I was disenchanted with medical services as a whole thanks to extensive referrals and scheduling conflicts with my previous doctors, but here, they saw me right away and even offered me a new primary care direct, even though I wasnt in the most pain I could have been. I felt listened to by everyone that saw me from the front desk to the specialist. The staff here went above and beyond too, putting in extra lab orders, calling the coverage company, and explaining in detail what everything means without skipping terms. Thank you for the stellar work. Im very grateful for my experience here.

Sierra Olivier Cindy over in the laboratory was AMAZING! Everyone there had always told me I have small veins or they were in hard to reach places. This made my Lab experience a lot more painful and dreadful. Cindy though was so good at her job, she said I didn’t have small veins and she basically flicked the needle into the vein so quick I didn’t feel anything!

Cathy Gonzalez Dr. Bullock is a knowledgeable, caring doctor who treats me with respect and kindness. She reviewed images of my problem area and fully explained what I was looking at as well as treatment options and likely outcomes should I decide to pursue them. Id also like to say that her support personnel are equally kind and helpful. So happy to have chosen this practice for my care!

Judy Monroe After much research and having my doctor of 20 years retire I found Dr Lambert. I read all his reviews and I thought okay Ill give it a try and boy Im so glad I did. What a wonderful warm funny caring man. Im looking for a happy and long term relationship. Also the front staff and MAs were wonderful as well.
