Rob R Martin wHEN MY late Husband was in Kadlec ICU, Dr. Cunanan was just 100%!! He did his best in taking care of Richard in ICU. He always answered my questions, and was very gentle. Unfortunately, Rich died on October 5, 2019 from complications of HIV. Dr.C was the best and was so supportive!! Thank you Dr C for all you did to help us. YOU ARE THE BEST!! atiragram mai I visit the office in Yakima, WA (which is also great), but I have spoken with Janelle in billing (Richland office) a couple of times. She is an excellent listener and problem solver. I have full confidence in her desire to help others and her ability to do so. She’s a lovely person to work with.

Hava Kare I like Dr Cayetano, who is personable and seems pretty sharp, but I dont get timely call-backs from her medical assistant. He seems rather lackadaisical about patients.

A Z The facility was great, and my visit was smooth. The staff was welcoming and supportive. The doctor was humorous and knowledgeable, a rare combination. He not only diagnosed my eye issue but also provided some insights on other issues, that I appreciate. He is kind and caring that he was willing to offer a refill so that if a similar issue occurred to any other family member, we could save a trip. I extend my gratitude to this facility and the doctor for serving the community with pure heart and joy.

Silvia Valdez This was the second urgent care I went to that evening (as the first one said they didn’t take walk-in’s) & the PA immediately was able to treat my injury after accessing it in the lobby before taking me to an examination room. They explained what the procedure would be and took care of it within 30 minutes from when I walked through the door. I’m very grateful for the team at Express because it saved me a very expensive ER trip.

Maren Edwards I have been seeing Anna for a year or so now for Primary care. She is always very kind and listens to my concerns. I appreciate her genuine nature and trust her recommendations. Nice to have a doctor I feel like has my best interests and is easy to talk to.

Barb Dr BATAYOLA and his team are awesome they go the extra mile and are very diligent when communicating on My Chart online Dr. is my Primary and has been for 15 years and has my husband and I dialed in on our Meds. We love u guys thanks for all you do! Mike and Barb M!
