atiragram mai I visit the office in Yakima, WA (which is also great), but I have spoken with Janelle in billing (Richland office) a couple of times. She is an excellent listener and problem solver. I have full confidence in her desire to help others and her ability to do so. She’s a lovely person to work with.

A Z The facility was great, and my visit was smooth. The staff was welcoming and supportive. The doctor was humorous and knowledgeable, a rare combination. He not only diagnosed my eye issue but also provided some insights on other issues, that I appreciate. He is kind and caring that he was willing to offer a refill so that if a similar issue occurred to any other family member, we could save a trip. I extend my gratitude to this facility and the doctor for serving the community with pure heart and joy.

Brian Evans Great care and service from the staff of Dr. Mathew Lawrence. I needed direction on how to administer a syringe type medication, the receptionist, Margo and Jerry all provided the necessary time and instructions. Very nice to be able to count on medical professionals at Kadlec and 3 Rivers Medical group.

Luis E Quiroa I got my stitches out today. Kristen excellent job, she did gentle approach. I applaud her O.C.D. Of my health just excellent. In her hands I felt so safe!!!

Hava Kare I like Dr Cayetano, who is personable and seems pretty sharp, but I dont get timely call-backs from her medical assistant. He seems rather lackadaisical about patients.

Dene Dell Rhoten I have been seeing Dr. Ruzika for several years now. My favorite part about him is that he listens. He listens to my concerns, im never rushed, he is extremely knowledgeable, and their team responds to my messages theough mykchart within 48 hours.

Luis Vieyra Dr. Wilson is the best all the way around. Hes the best as a doctor a man and definitely as a surgeon. I wouldnt trade for any thing. His personality cant be duplicated.

Tayler Schmidt I was 3 hours away from home and my toddler started having symptoms of a UTI. She was screaming bloody murder trying to pee and it was a bit scary. I took her to the Richland Center hospital and I’m so impressed with the care we received. They were insanely quick, so kind, and the whole experience was really positive. We were in and out in less than an hour. They even were able to give us the medication she needed there since no pharmacies were open and we aren’t from around here. Dr. Harris & Nurse Krystle were simply amazing and as a mom who was alone and scared with their child, I cannot recommend them enough.
