5 /5 Maren Edwards: I have been seeing Anna for a year or so now for Primary care. She is always very kind and listens to my concerns. I appreciate her genuine nature and trust her recommendations. Nice to have a doctor I feel like has my best interests and is easy to talk to.

1 /5 janet orozco: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Anna compelled me to share my concerns. During my appointment, I felt dismissed and invalidated, which is concerning in a medical setting where trust and empathy is crucial. Anna seemed quick to blame me for my physical symptoms saying its likely attributed to phone use and mental health without fully listening to my concerns and acted as if my symptoms were normal because they are "multi-factorial." Her demeanor was dismissive, with frequent eye-rolling, interrupting, and sighing throughout our conversation. Medical gaslighting is a serious issue that can lead to misdiagnosis or delayed treatment. Its alarming that Anna exhibited such behavior, suggesting that my symptoms were exaggerated. Despite these issues, I appreciate that she agreed to send orders in for blood work testing, hence the one-star rating. Anna may have medical expertise, but she does not know my body better than I do. Her manners and approach to patient concerns NEEDS improvement.

1 /5 Christina Torres García: I feel compelled to provide a review for Anna because my mother was extremely dissatisfied with her service. My mother is a 70-year-old US citizen but travels to Mexico a lot. Thus, she has a Doctor in Mexico but comes to the US to use her medical insurance. Anna had a problem with my mom for having one doctor here and another in Mexico. Instead of collaborating with other Mexican Doctors, she rudely reprimanded Mom and made her feel unwelcome and ignorant. All of these were communicated through the interpreter. This is unacceptable in our community, and I hope she gets some cultural competency and antiracist workshops if she is serving the Latino community in Tri-cities. We must demand better service for our community, especially the most vulnerable.

Google Reviews do not do her justice, seeing as the 1 star review is about a scheduling issue. I recommend her to all of my friends in the area that are looking for a new doctor because of how professional and caring Anna is.
