1 /5 Harris Jocelyn “Josie”: Unprofessional and unhelpful. Four days before the appointment Ive been waiting four months for, the receptionist calls and says the doctor is no longer accepting new patients, and Ive been canceled. I was devastated, since I have a serious medical issue Ive been waiting on blood tests for. I asked why I hadnt been prioritized for waiting so long and the receptionist refused to tell me. Besides that, my daughter needed a new doctor so I booked her an appointment. They canceled WITHOUT TELLING ME because they didnt have her insurance information on file at the time I made the appointment, even though I went in 24 hours after I made the appointment to have them scan her card. When I got to the appointment, I was told my daughters appointment had been canceled and they had no availability for another month. They also said they didnt have her insurance information, so I had them scan her card again. They insisted I knew and had been told, but I hadnt. I rescheduled, and went to that next appointment, where I was told for the third time that they had no insurance information for my daughter, and had them scan it for the THIRD time. It took 2.5 months to get my daughter in to see ANYBODY at this practice. This practice is incredibly unprofessional and do not care about your health concerns. Choose someone else, or youll regret it.

5 /5 Karam Walia: My primary doctor is Dr. Batayola at South Richland Primary Care. He is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. He listens and sincerely cares about his patients.

1 /5 Malorey Caldwell, RN, BSN: I do not write reviews often but I feel this needs to be shared. I am extremely disappointed with the way my husband as I were treated in this office. The receptionist was the most rude and uncaring person I have ever dealt with in medicine and I myself am a nurse. His appointment was cancelled without them speaking to us and he has an acute illness that he needed to be seen for. Instead of helping us, we were treated like beggars. She smiles and laughs as she tells us to go somewhere else. I am disgusted this is how patients are being treated in healthcare and severely disappointed this would happen to our own nurse families. Healthcare should always be patient centered, unfortunately, I believe this has been forgotten.

1 /5 Sabrina Santanna: Two different visits and the same issue. The doctor is nice but the staff Ive had to try to talk to is ridiculousand rude. I call back to check in to my virtual visits and sign in on MyChart and twice now they say I have to reschedule because its too late. I was on hold just to try to talk to the operator for a half an hour and then when I finally get through its my appointment time so they tell me to log in and theyll have the nurse call me back to check in. So I wait another half an hour on zoom and waiting for the call just to finally call back myself and get told I have to reschedule since I didnt answer (phone tag) and waited too long to call back even though I was on hold with their office well before my appointment start time. The first time (August 2023) this happened I was on hold for over an hour and could hear them pick up and immediately put me back on hold over and over again. Once the call time on my phone got to an hour and a half I gave up. I loved my doctor but I have to find a new one just because of the staff.
