I served in the United States Marine Corps, United States Air Force Reserves, Security Forces, i.e., flight line security, law enforcement, and combat arms instructor. I retired from law enforcement after serving 31 years, and my last 5 years I was the First Sergeant of an aeromedical evacuation squadron. Without any hesitation, in my professional opinion, Dr. McKay is extraordinary and truly exceptional. He listens to what you have to say, and doesn’t interrupt. His x-ray technician did extraordinary work getting images for an accurate diagnosis, and his support staff are exceptional, i.e., second to none. Dr. McKay went hands on and did a complete examination of my shoulder. He then told me that he thinks it’s my neck. He then showed me the x-rays that were taken and explained to me what he suspects. He is truly an extraordinary surgeon, doctor, professional, and an exceptional human-being. He exemplifies professionalism and humanity at its FINEST! Thank-you, Dr. McKay.
