I got out of my car and could here the water or coolant boiling, I took my car in and it was just the radiator cap, I was prepared for the worst but it was a simple fix! Everyone was kind and kept in good communication! Thank you for making it easy!

Dona Magno Had a great experience at Mosé. My car was staeting then not starting. Brought my car down for them to check out. The hope was that they could recreate the same issue at their shop so they could do a diagnostic in that moment. Of course every time they tried, my car started right up. A code did pop up in the initial diagnostic history that seemed like the best bet to pursue. I need my car to work and make a living, so to me it made sense to move forward with that repair. I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.

John Steelman The engine in my wifes BMW went out. After receiving a ridiculous price from the dealer, I put a motor request out online and received a good motor from Car Part Express out of Texas. They shipped the engine and was installed at a reasonable price. The car has been back now for two weeks with zero problems. I have a happy wife and a happy bank account. I am a huge fan of Car Part Express and Foreign Car Workshop!

sara burtis I had the best experience with Bay’s Auto! My car was hit by a food delivery truck while parked. They responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours and delivered a quote very shortly after I took my car in for an estimate. I dropped my car off on 7/7 and it was ready for pickup on 7/10. The before and after photos speak for themselves! They did an amazing job. Their office manager, Yusha, is so amazing to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience, so stress free and easy. Highly recommend Bay’s for your auto body work needs!

Yos Been Going to Vu for years he is honest hardworking and couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. In Today’s world where everything and everyone is trying to take advantage of you and get your money. vu still remains honest and trustworthy. Even after moving an hour away from Seattle I still bring my car in to Vu. Because I trust him that much. If you want an honest mechanic that knows his stuff look no further!

Setting up the appointment online was easy, the vehicle check in was painless, they sent the work order link right to my phone with the price for me to approve or decline. They kept me updated with photos of my vehicle, the diagnostic, findings and work orders with prices (with tax) for me to approve or deny. (All on a link on my phone) They text me when my vehicle was done and the guy at the counter when I picked up my vehicle was awesome.
