5 /5 Mallorie Kiff: I can’t say enough good things about Matt’s Greenwood Auto Care. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve had a fantastic experience, which can be hard to find when dealing with auto shops. The team is incredibly trustworthy, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
I’ve visited twice now—once for a diagnostic when my AC stopped working, and more recently when my car wouldn’t start, but I knew the issue wasn’t the battery. Both times, I left feeling confident in their service and impressed by how they handled my issues.
A special shout-out to John, who really went above and beyond to help me. I live in the neighborhood and decided to walk in right when they opened at 8 AM on a Monday. Even though the shop was already busy, John took the time to listen to my problem and offered to come with me to my car. He brought a portable battery to help me try and jumpstart it, and after hearing the noise it was making, he quickly identified that the engine was partially flooded. John talked me through each step of what he was doing to clear the flood and get my car started. He also explained what might have caused the issue, so I could avoid it in the future.
Thanks to John, I saved both time and money, and he got me back on the road in no time. I’m so grateful for his help, and I’ll definitely be returning to Matt’s Greenwood Auto Care for all my future car needs. Highly recommend!
