5 /5 Jenn Smith: Found orange fluid under the front end of my car and took it in to inspect for a leak, based on a friends recommendation. (They bring two vehicles here for services.) Ryan was helpful and no hassle, answered all my questions about drop-off, fees, etc., up front. Was going to leave it over night but he looked at it that day. He said it looked like the battery had recently been replaced, which he was totally right about, and that had created rust dust that mixed with water and caused the orange fluid drips. He made sure nothing appeared to be a safety issue. I was able to pick my car up that same day, no charge. Other places wanted between $175-$190 just to look at it. Ill be needing a tune-up a couple hundred miles down the road and Ill be bringing my car back here. Very communicative, honest and easy-going customer service.
Update for May 2025: After hitting a speed bump, something started rattling underneath my car. Took my car to a former shop on a Saturday for a look and estimate for repairs. Was charged $71 and told I needed a new suspension and front brakes. Estimate was $2500. Waited a couple of days to get it to Foreign Car Workshop for a second opinion. Ryan got back to me quickly, no charge, and told me I needed a new upper shock mount. He got the part ordered, delivered and installed within 24 hours, and I paid what I was quoted. He also told me my brakes still have life in them. Literally saved me thousands of dollars and my ride is rattle-free. Im planning to be a permanent customer.
