Chelsea B Took my very elderly car in today (the first time I have been here) and was super impressed with Tony! Very nice, funny, and really honest with me which I appreciated so much. It’s really easy to get taken advantage of when taking such an old car into get repairs and I could not be more grateful that my experience with Tony was the opposite of that. Absolutely will come here again and recommend anyone else to as well!

Kim Van Charlie, Sam and their entire team are absolutely incredible. I’ve taken my Prius in for multiple issues: oil change, breaks, skid plate replacement and a new catalytic converter. Charlie is kind, honest and professional from start to finish. I trust them completely with all my car needs!

Paul Worrlein I hired this shop for a pre- purchase inspection of a Porsche. The price was very reasonable, they were willing to talk to me beforehand and afterwards and were very patient with my many questions. They also sent me interim updates while they were doing the inspection. I feel like the inspection was fairly thorough, And they were very friendly to deal with. The technician who helped me is named Max. Five stars from me!

sara burtis I had the best experience with Bay’s Auto! My car was hit by a food delivery truck while parked. They responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours and delivered a quote very shortly after I took my car in for an estimate. I dropped my car off on 7/7 and it was ready for pickup on 7/10. The before and after photos speak for themselves! They did an amazing job. Their office manager, Yusha, is so amazing to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience, so stress free and easy. Highly recommend Bay’s for your auto body work needs!

Linda Kress I had a great experience taking my car to Chuck’s. I got out of my car and could here the water or coolant boiling, I took my car in and it was just the radiator cap, I was prepared for the worst but it was a simple fix! Everyone was kind and kept in good communication! Thank you for making it easy!

Emerson Murray Fetene was lovely- I changed the filter and oil in my car so I gave this place a call to ask if I could drop off my old oil for them to recycle. He said I could. I also had an old battery, he said they could take that too. Swung by, walked into the office, he was on the phone but still took the time to greet me and directed me to leave the stuff on his desk. Really appreciate the help!

Arjae Guiao These guys do it best. I had a major upper timing cover leak which was getting oil everywhere and I had to drive to Canada in 3 days. Safe to say, I made it to Canada and back with no issues whatsoever. I was quoted HALF of what my dealership quoted and in the same amount of time. Anthony, who works the front desk, was very professional and communicated everything that needed to be done as well as timeline. I am so lucky to have a repair shop like this so close to where I live, and they will 100% be seeing me again.
