5 /5 Sone Afualo: I recently visited Buds Auto Repair for the first time and was impressed by their professionalism. The diagnosis of my CTS was conducted promptly and efficiently, and they successfully resolved the noise issue in my transfer case. I highly recommend this establishment, as it provides exceptional service and has a team of friendly and knowledgeable employees.

1 /5 alisha davis: I have a cheap commuter and the clutch went out. It went from $1400 to $2000 to $2200 and when we hit that I said hey that’s dangerously close to me not repairing this car. I talked it out and the mechanic said he would give me all these deals. I worry being taken advantage of but I can’t work on cars.. what am I gonna do? How I am I gonna know? I said hey we’re a working class family I just had a baby it’s only my husband working. If it gets to $2500 I don’t want to fix it. Long story short it was $3300 and died in the parking lot. We got the car back Friday. Today is Monday. It now needs to be jumped. The car doesn’t hold a charge and it’s never had that issue before. On top of that the three day repair turned into over two weeks. The clutch that they repaired is very tight and seems to work well but I hesitate to even say that since the car doesn’t start. I would never come back here. It could have just been dumb luck and now there are other issues but I would never recommend this place to anyone. We usually go to tall guy small guy but these guys said they could get us in faster and I needed it done assp. Even that didn’t work out. To add to this. The car now has the battery light on and I have never seen that light on the screen once. The ABS light comes on and now the steering is locking up. Thinking of my experience at tall guy small guy they tell me the price, they are honest about what needs to be done, and I have never felt like this after a repair. This place is awful. Edit: I am unable to respond to the comment. I have sent now three emails to the mechanics in the last week with no response. The issues that the car is having now are unrelated to the clutch. I told the shop the amount at which we would consider not repairing and the bill was over a thousand more. This response is dismissive and untrue. I stand only firmer in my bad review and now with this misleading and predatory response I am sure that that shop took advantage.

5 /5 Tae B: Called asking for pricing to fix up my Subaru Forester and Nathan picked up n we chit chatted. Car was being worked on by like 8am the next day. They did excellent work, everyone was really chill, I will be back. And to Mr. Big Boss I leave you with this- give Nathan a firm handshake and a pay raise for me and tell him “you’re doin good, kid”

4 /5 Dara Salmon: The staff was friendly and helpful. They said the work may take a couple of days but the mechanics completed it the same day I dropped it off. I thought the cost of labor was reasonable. Ill definitely take it back when I need a mechanic.

5 /5 Finne Bryan (ShortStackVR): Went in for a possible transmission issue thinking the torque converter was having problems on my Blue Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi. Theres always going to be something to diagnose that will throw you off thinking its something else. Turns out doing the fuel induction service, cleaning the throttle body and PCV valve replacement was what the ol girl needed! What they used for the fuel induction service is top notch and this truck is driving better than when I bought this thing in 2011. Seriously recommend it!!!
