5 /5 Em Welch: Honest to God I would trust these guys with my dog, my spouse, and my kids if I had any. Once they stayed till almost an hour after closing helping get my brakes fixed. They didnt necessarily have time but they made time because it didnt feel safe to drive Another? Jiffy lube said my spark plugs were shot, precision said they were full of it. Today I brought it in thinking my locking actuator might me broken, turns out it was just my key fob.... Thank goodness for these folks. You cant often find an honest mechanic who just cares about his people and his customers. However Precision Auto Works is the epitome of good customer service and consistent car care

They quoted slightly less $$ than the dealer and could get the part in 1/3 of the time. Once part was in, they squeezed me in the next day, and the job was complete in an hour and a half. Despite the fact that I was ready to pay their original quote they also reduced the fee by 35% to save me even more money. I will use them again in the future! Thank you for such good service! 5 /5 AL CANLAS: My engine light came on and I drove to Precision Auto Works so they can diagnose and fix the problem. Im glad I did because its a great shop with good reviews. A major work was needed to be done on my Jeep Wrangler Sahara and Adrian, the owner was completely up front with repair estimates. They were able to accurately diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. Adrian and his crew were very friendly and attentive throughout the repair time to ensure the work got done and done right. They took care of it, and I felt the price for repair I paid was fair. Theyre very helpful, knowledgeable and affordable as well. Definitely come here to have anything done on your vehicle! Theyre that neighborhood auto mechanics that you can trust.
