1 /5 Duke Stain: Unfriendly staff. Went in for a clutch replacement and to get a spark plug re-tapped. Got my car back. Clutch barely engaged until the pedal was all the way out making shifting difficult. Told me it was the first time they worked on my model car as well which was very unsettling after they completed the work Tried to get them to adjust it but they told me that its an auto adjusting clutch. They were very combative when presented with complaints. The older gentleman was nice, but the younger guy is a straight douche. Save your money and go somewhere else.

1 /5 Robert Smith: Ive used them several times and it just keeps getting worse. Had my 7.3 f350 towed in on April 21. Hard start,rough idel ,engine light.They said they couldnt get to it thay week but next week. Next Friday comes no call so I called and they told me they were to busy to work on it. Try back the following week Friday, Same answer. So then I let it go for 2 weeks and call. She picks up and Says sorry we are short handed and havent got to it. I tell her its been 4 weeks and you havent even looked at it to tell me whats wrong. I need my truck looked at. She said its first in line forMonday, whatever that means. So we roll onto week 5 Friday, I call and she goes oh yea we got it in all injectors are good we need a diesel injection control module and vavle cover gaskets. Ok do it. Week 6 comes and nothing. Week 7 Monday I call and she goes its in but we need to test it Ill call you in a couple hours. Calls...... its done.......total$1449.... A 1400$ job took 7 weeks to complete absolutely horrible . You will never work on my 2002 7.3 again. Go to diesel doctors!!!!

1 /5 John Wallace: They had my truck for almost 3 months. When I got it back the transmission did not last a week. When I took it in for warranty service they had it immediately repaired, At least I thought so. Now when I want to drive my truck it has to warm up in neutral for around 10 minutes before it will work. When I reported this to them they said it was not there problem and they could not do anything. Funny because it never did this before them. After they were done it leaked trans fluid from multiple places. Needless to say it never leaked before. If I could afford it I would take them to court. Do not go to this joke of a shop. Update: My transmission made it less than 10 thousand miles before it died. Now less than 2 years later Im forced to have it repaired again Do not waste your money using this shop

Here I feel like my car is being taken care of by my family. I get to know, talk to, and advise by the technician who works on and care for my car, not a service adviser.

5 /5 Luke Marshall: I had a great experience here! I had the engine, clutch and radiator replaced on my 2003 toyota tacoma. Mike and the crew took great care to get my truck back to its glory. They were honest, transparent and highly knowledgable. After the job I had a trusted friend (who is a master technician) look over the car and he said they did an excellent job. Over a year later I called northstate for some car advice and had my questions kindly and promptly answered. They do great work here!
