Jessica Rodriguez My vehicle was hit in a parking lot. After a lot of back and forth with the persons insurance I was able to give Caliber the contact person. Once I did, they took care of the rest. Caliber was very familiar with not only my insurance but the other persons too. Angel, at the who was my contact, was very knowledgeable, she consistently kept me updated on the process. When I dropped my car off for the repair, she let me know that since Christmas was the following week, a couple employees were out on vacation so it might a be delayed a couple days. Happily, my car was repaired, looking brand new and even a couple days earlier than expected. I was treaded with respect and professionalism from everyone I had interaction with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs damage repaired on their vehicle.

Shawn L Its a little out of my way, but Ive been to most of the Puget Sound area Honda Dealers for service, and this is my preferred shop for my 03 CRV. Great service, knowledgeable, no b.s. / pressure, personable, quality work. And Chelsea is wonderful! She was able to pull up my entire Honda service history (other locations have said they couldnt access), and make relevant recommendations based on my actual service records, mileage between, and condition, rather than just the general guidelines.

saul ruiz Had a previous mechanic work on my car. The transmission had to come out when the work was done bolts were loose and unsafe. While drive notice a clunk sound. Mounting hole broke off. Brought it here they looked at it fixed with an aluminum block. Fabricated the hole after the weld. They looked over everything that could have been touched the first time. The owner was super friendly kept me in the loop. Everything he did was much appreciated.

Ruth Braden I am a single woman and use my car for a living. When I cant drive my car my income stream stops. I have issues come up and able to drive directly to Brian and he gets me on the road quickly. He keeps me safe on the road and doesnt recommend things that are not needed. I trust him and used him for 20+ years.

We pulled off the highway popped into Bones for a diagnostic / gut check - and their technician fixed the problem in minutes. Was kind, quick, and professional. Would recommend this spot to anyone. Recently got a huge rock in a tire that couldnt be repared so I had a set of used tires put on and once again the guys down at Formula Tire did a great job. Denys Glabchasty First impression is great customer service. Their top priority was to help me get an estimate for my vehicle that got T boned, front desk lady was straight on it and I had an estimate within a few minutes. Gave me the gist, and helped me make a decision. Vehicle was able to get straight into the shop, also quick turn around compared to other shops that said it would take WEEKS only to get my car looked at. While they take walk ins and work on a first come first serve basis. And now my car looks brand new;) would definitely recommend!

Luke Marshall I had a great experience here! I had the engine, clutch and radiator replaced on my 2003 toyota tacoma. Mike and the crew took great care to get my truck back to its glory. They were honest, transparent and highly knowledgable. After the job I had a trusted friend (who is a master technician) look over the car and he said they did an excellent job.
