Jessica Rodriguez My vehicle was hit in a parking lot. After a lot of back and forth with the persons insurance I was able to give Caliber the contact person. Once I did, they took care of the rest. Caliber was very familiar with not only my insurance but the other persons too. Angel, at the who was my contact, was very knowledgeable, she consistently kept me updated on the process. When I dropped my car off for the repair, she let me know that since Christmas was the following week, a couple employees were out on vacation so it might a be delayed a couple days. Happily, my car was repaired, looking brand new and even a couple days earlier than expected. I was treaded with respect and professionalism from everyone I had interaction with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs damage repaired on their vehicle.
