Jamie Lohse Ben has a new customer for life. Communication, Ive never had a shop call me with updates throughout the day (when needed). Accurate. He was booked for some time but stuck to his schedule. Accommodating. I will be back for regular maintenance and larger issues that may come up in the future.

Julia Superior Auto Service was great to work with! They did an audit on my van and got super similar results to another shop I took it to, and were able to repair all of the most important issues within a few days. I went back and forth with them a few times about what I wanted done since I was hesitant about money and they were expensive fixes, but they were super agreeable the whole time and gave great communication.

April McGill These guys delivered. Every time I called them, or they called me about my Jeep they were courteous. They acted like they wanted my business which I can’t remember the last time I’ve experienced that walking into an establishment. Their pricing was fair and upfront. The woman at the front desk (who greeted us every time we went into the shop) sent me and email with pricing and explanations but also offered to go over it with me on the phone. Pick up and drop off was easy. I will definitely be returning.

Rena Walker Danny and his team are super nice and really quick! I went in for an oil change and they were able to get me in immediately. They have a great waiting room with lots of space, internet, and also drinks. Incredibly affordable, especially with their opening discount. We will be coming back!

Zachary Collings We have been taking our car to 34th street garage for years and always felt their service was prompt and courteous. Most recently, we asked them to complete a specific service as recommended by our Honda CRV maintenance system. First, they told us the tire rotation portion had already been done recently so they wouldn’t need to do that again (saved us some money.) they always provide a helpful red, yellow, green checklist report and I appreciated them helping prioritize the items and ultimately suggest the 2 most critical to repair and another (more expensive) that we could probably wait to the next service to get. I appreciated the thoroughness and empathy they showed. Will continue to use them for all our auto care needs

Barry McCaffrey 34th St Garage has the most professional operation in Seattle. Terrific mechanics. Extremely helpful. Honest. Been using them exclusively for 15 years. They only get better.

sara burtis I had the best experience with Bay’s Auto! My car was hit by a food delivery truck while parked. They responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours and delivered a quote very shortly after I took my car in for an estimate. I dropped my car off on 7/7 and it was ready for pickup on 7/10. The before and after photos speak for themselves! They did an amazing job. Their office manager, Yusha, is so amazing to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience, so stress free and easy. Highly recommend Bay’s for your auto body work needs!

bill abelson Excellent and time-efficient servicing and repair. On my previous visit I asked for brake pad replacement, but Sal said it could wait (other shops would have done it, taken the $ and said nothing). Bays did the pad replacement and an oil change, and also fixed up my rear bumper which had been damaged in three places. Again, other shops would have insisted a new bumper was necessary at great expense, but Bays did not-- they replaced the tail light, re-attached the side panel, and even smoothed out an enormous dent. Very happy as always with the service and reasonable rates.

Christie Yang I came across Repair Revolution after searching around the area for a while. I know very little about cars and when I brought in my vehicle to better understand what my car was trying to tell me, they were extremely helpful and kind. I love that they also have classes to educate folks about car maintenance! I cant wait to attend the classes.

Rick Vandercar I have no hesitation at all in recommending Repair Revolution. They inspected my car, gave me the opportunity to review their findings and recommendations. There was no pressure to get things done. I chose what fit for me in my circumstances and they took care of the rest. My car was ready fast, and the job was very well done. They really care about your car and treating you right. I wont take my car anywhere else.

Diane Hunter I found Masters Auto & Tire on the Next Door App. It had several reviews on how trustworthy they were so I gave them a try. Im not one that has ever followed a vehicle maintenance schedule and they did a free complete inspection that most repair shops would charge over $100 for. It was detailed and am more than satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly and I also found them trustworthy.

Cliff Nako The techs at Masters did a great job of checking, adjusting and replacing my brakes. The techs also did a thorough inspection of my old car. Tim was also easy to talk to. Good job.

Mikael UW Moss Ally Motors are great! As a long time customer, they continue to live up to their reputation of honesty, integrity, and excellent attention to their work. When I called AAA last week, the dispatcher said, "Oh, were towing your car to Moss Alley Motors? Excellent choice." This time, their tenacity to hunt down an obscure dashboard "D" light for my 2003 Odyssey was admirable. I am happy to spend my auto repair funds on you, Moss Alley, definitely.

Drew Lee Outstanding experience! Setting up the appointment online was easy, the vehicle check in was painless, they sent the work order link right to my phone with the price for me to approve or decline. They kept me updated with photos of my vehicle, the diagnostic, findings and work orders with prices (with tax) for me to approve or deny. (All on a link on my phone) They text me when my vehicle was done and the guy at the counter when I picked up my vehicle was awesome.

When the dealership quoted me over $2,000 to fix an issue with my A/C last summer, the folks at Taskar did the job for less than half that quote. Recently, they were able to fix my loose spoiler after my dealership had said they needed to replace the entire part. Finding a garage full of honest, kind, hard workers is invaluable- highly recommend!

Dona Magno Had a great experience at Mosé. My car was staeting then not starting. Brought my car down for them to check out. The hope was that they could recreate the same issue at their shop so they could do a diagnostic in that moment. Of course every time they tried, my car started right up. A code did pop up in the initial diagnostic history that seemed like the best bet to pursue. I need my car to work and make a living, so to me it made sense to move forward with that repair. I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.

Katy Green This is my second experience with Mose and I will definitely be back! Their technicians are very knowledgeable and up front about what they think the car needs. For an oil change and air filter replacement, I was in and out in about an hour! If you are waiting, they have a great new sofa and you may get to hang out with the shop cat! I have had squeaky breaks on my 2023 car (weird) and they’ve looked at the brakes twice without charging me to ensure the brake pads are still in good shape. Instead of telling me that I should replace them, they recommended I take it into the dealership since it is still a relatively new car and it may be covered under warranty. I was really impressed with the straightforwardness of that specific interaction. They could have told me the brakes were toast and I needed to fork over hundreds for new brake pads, but they gave me a cost effective interim solution.

m t They took care of me. I had to leave my car for repairs and they provided a Lyft to/from home. Would have provided a rental car if I wanted. Friendly service and full check of my car. Had multiple items completed at the same time. Very pleased.

pamela ottaviano rhodes Nick and his team really went the distance for me in tracking down and solving a mysterious problem that had kept my 2015 Fiat 500e off the road for more than a year! On top of that, they worked with my after-market warranty provider to get as much of the work covered as possible, every step of the way. I just cannot say enough good things about these folks. Prior to the Fiat saga, they had already taken excellent/efficient care of my other vehicles over the years, and earned my trust through their fair dealings, candid feedback and reliably excellent service. Highly recommend!!

They stayed in touch with me frequently and explained what was going on with my car in a way that was accessible for those not in the automotive field. They even gave me a tour of the space, which is professional and organized. Although it was pricier than I initially expected, I will definitely go back because it felt worth it. Glad to have an awesome repair shop in such a convenient location.

Jordon Woods Although this shop specializes in higher-end vehicles, they were still able to get My Ford Mustang GT in by appointment and complete all work requested in a timely manner. Communication is a big deal when it comes to leaving your car with a shop. Finesse Auto has the BEST communication by far. Quick replies along with constant updates and proof of work; what more could you really ask for from a shop? This past visit the shop not only order me a new wheel bearing for one of my wheels (rear left was bad) but also ordered me new rear tires which arrived in a timely manner. I had an LED steering wheel i had been wanting to install as well. They told me they would take care of it and thats just what they did. These guys are trained professionals! If your having issues with your car give them a call and Im positive theyd be happy to help you work something out.

Chelsea B Took my very elderly car in today (the first time I have been here) and was super impressed with Tony! Very nice, funny, and really honest with me which I appreciated so much. It’s really easy to get taken advantage of when taking such an old car into get repairs and I could not be more grateful that my experience with Tony was the opposite of that. Absolutely will come here again and recommend anyone else to as well!

Marie Lindahl Tony is the only mechanic I go to! He is kind, funny, honest and gives you the best prices. I crashed my car a couple months back and drove it straight to Tony. Tony helped by pulling the fender out from behind the wheel and reassuring me—he didn’t charge me for his time or making my car drive able to limp it home. I have a new car now, guess where it goes? TONY!
