Alex Brost Joe is great. Before even coming out, he was able to diagnose the problem that needed fixing on my 1941 Mercury. He still took the time to properly troubleshoot and diagnose the issue, all the while explaining things to help give me a better understanding of my car. Emerson Murray Fetene was lovely- I changed the filter and oil in my car so I gave this place a call to ask if I could drop off my old oil for them to recycle. He said I could. I also had an old battery, he said they could take that too. Swung by, walked into the office, he was on the phone but still took the time to greet me and directed me to leave the stuff on his desk. Anders Mickelson Couldnt have had a better experience. Straightforward and effective diagnosis. Dropped off before work at 7AM, picked up after work at 4PM. Felt very heard by the diagnostics and staff. Gifted communication and customer service from Chelsea. As I was killing time watching baseball at the nearby restaurant waiting for the work complete confirmation, they called and offered to come pick me up!
