Felt very heard by the diagnostics and staff. Gifted communication and customer service from Chelsea. As I was killing time watching baseball at the nearby restaurant waiting for the work complete confirmation, they called and offered to come pick me up! Yet another reason to support a small business and avoid the big dealership mechanics. Thankful we found this business.

Im not one that has ever followed a vehicle maintenance schedule and they did a free complete inspection that most repair shops would charge over $100 for. It was detailed and am more than satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly and I also found them trustworthy.
