Ha Travis Conaway motors worked in my Audi s3. After many hours of tearing it apart and trying to fix it myself, I accepted defeat and towed it to Conaway. They were fast. Took 2 days to diagnose, and 2 days to get it done. I had originally figured there was water in my fuel and thought I got it all out, but when Conaway took it, they diagnosed it with the same issue and cleared my tank + crankcase correctly. Eric, the tech who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service. Had a great conversation with him over the car and he was super helpful. Told me exactly what he did. My float on my fuel pump was even broken (I told him dont worry about it), but he even fixed it for me when he took the fuel pump out. Along with adding a clamp to one of my loose hoses. And then told me other little things about my car just to make sure I knew about them Broken plastics/supports etc). Overall, was worth my money and great experience. They know what theyre doing for sure. Adding on to that, Logan was super nice over the phone and even though I was being a pain in the butt, he stayed professional and reassured me. Bradley Swope I recently took my Porsche Macan Turbo to Conaway Motors for its 80,000-mile service, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. As a European specialist, they really know their stuff! The pricing was very reasonable compared to what I would have paid at the dealership, and the best part was that the service ended up being cheaper than quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the staff was both friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring everything went seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Conaway Motors for anyone seeking reliable and cost-effective service for their European vehicles!

Aiden Mitchell I hate waiting in greasy shops or trying to arrange a ride. This was the opposite of that. I worked from my kitchen while my car got new brakes 10 feet away.

Kim Farrar He managed to diagnose and fix a tricky issue with my cars ABS system. After replacing a faulty sensor, he tested the brakes under different conditions to ensure my safety.

Nichol Neff Love this shop! In short, I trust them, they’re kind, and their pricing is super reasonable. Coming in feels like I’m taking my car in to a long-time friend. Auto-anything is not my strength and the staff always takes time to explain what’s going on (without talking down to me). They give me options that make sense and work with my situation. They’re honest and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. And how cool is it they’re local and woman-owned! Highly recommend.

Emily Soloman This is a two part review since I never got around to writing about the first time I worked with Everett Auto Clinic. On February 14th, 2019 I bought a 1988 Toyota Supra Turbo Targa with a manual 5-speed for about 4.5k. Which, even back then was a steal. I was a little sketched out and held off on leaving a review half expecting the car to break down. Jeff the owner disclosed (Before the sale) the car had leaking valve stems which I never got around to fixing but nonetheless I owned and drove that car daily for 3.5 years. Wish I never sold it. During ownership, the only breakdowns and necessary repairs included: A torn turbo outlet hose leak (Which only meant fuel cut during heavy boost), TPS wiring (Mind you every Supra has this issue), leaking valve covers, and replacing the spark plugs frequently due to oil leaks from the valve stems and valve cover. All of which were minor cheap repairs. The only major and final break down it had was a failing CPS due to old oil seepage from the valve covers. 10/10 despite being old it was a hell of a deal and a reliable sports car. I’d buy again from these guys if they had another one. Fast forward to today, I have a 1989 Honda Accord Hatchback that decided to die on the freeway. Right on the freeway ramp from Lake Stevens. Terrific place to be. Miles away from home and with no garage or space to work on anyway I decided to call AAA and have them tow it to the nearest shop. Everett Auto Clinic happened to be in the area so of course I went with them. Jeff and the gang were quick to diagnose at a reasonable price. Keep in mind, I’m more of a do-it-yourselfer just to save on money. In less than a day I got a call back explaining my issue was a stripped Timing Belt. Jeff explained the possible outcomes and prices if I went through with the repairs and there happened to be any underlying issues. As a woman, sometimes this can be a make or break moment as there has been instances in the past shops have tried to add parts/unrelated repairs in a shady way. These guys were very transparent and honest. They kept me updated and informed on related parts that would need replacing while everything was off (To save on labor down the road). As well as very efficient and timely in the repair. I’m happy to say my Honda is back on the road and running great. For a great price too. You guys may have to deal with the heater core on my truck next lol. Thank you for all you guys have done!

M Yev NG Auto, with Nadim and Victor, did an excellent job fixing the blown head gasket on my Subaru Outback. They had all the right tools, worked efficiently, and delivered quality service at a great price. Highly recommend for reliable auto repairs!

Michelle Cochran I recently had the pleasure of doing business with GP Automotive Inc and my entire experience was excellent! I had been using a different shop since 2022, and grew increasingly concerned with their lack of quality service. I met with Scott and Jim to share my story. They provided kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable service. They conducted bumper to bumper diagnostic testing and reported things that were critical and things that could wait. The critical issues were immediately addressed and the costs were reasonable. They have a new loyal customer now!

Mike Clemans I brought my first Corvette to Eric and the crew @ GP for over 5 years. They took immaculate care of it and made life easy for me. Ill be doing the same thing with the next Corvette. A "little red Corvette" convertible. They will do everything from normal maintenance to fixing the hard stuff. And, they will do it professionally, politely and proudly. Bri Brown My 1966 Mustang broke down on a Tuesday afternoon. I called this shop after 4pm. 2 mechanics came over and got my started. It was having an idle, carburator and hot start issue. These guys were so nice and helpful. They didnt even want to charge me! Its so rare these days to get such amazing service.... Especially in a pinch. I am so thankful for them (I believe it was Ahmed and JT). They even adjusted my idle to ensure it would get me home. Thank you so much!!!

Teena Hagerman Wow, what service. Our RV trailer brakes were not working and we were heading to Calif. I called all a round and finally talked with Ahmed and Alix and told them that we needed help. They said to come on in. In about an hour they had it fixed. What a great set of humans. Thank you guys for helping us get to California safely and on a Saturday. River Niles We have been loyal Z-Sport customers for years. Even after we moved out of the area, this shop is our go-to for all things maintenance as well as major problem solving. We come both for the quality of the work, which is impeccable, and the style of management, which is honest and transparent. The service manager, Mark Gwyn, sets a tone for open communication that makes all the difference in our experience. We appreciate his leadership and the quality work done by his team. Z-Sport will get all of our business and recommendations as long as he’s at the helm.

Talia Bursell Dan is the best! He thoroughly inspected my car to figure out everything that was wrong with it and was very honest about the pricing. He saved me thousands of dollars on trying to fix it. Will be returning for repairs on my next car.

John Neillie I have known Dan for several years. He used to service some of the cars from my work. He always stood behind his work and was very fair with his prices. I liked him so much I started servicing my personal cars there. His knowledge, his courtesy and his work are phenomenal. Dan has always been a straight shooter and never tried to upsell parts or work I didnt need. He has always delivered on time and on budget (often less). I have told all my friends about him because you can trust him. Its nice to have such a great, knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy mechanic. Theres a lot out there who arent. I would have no problem sending my mother, my son or any loved one there. You can trust Dan. Hes one of the good ones.

Evan Boyd When you’re looking for a mechanic you want to be able to trust them and know they will back their work. I had an issue with a failed component in my powerstroke they had serviced and without any frills or hesitation they had me bring it back in and covered it all under warranty. From start to finish they were polite and friendly, apologetic about the mistake, fixed it in a timely manner, and overall made me feel at ease. If you’re in the Everett area and looking for a trustworthy shop then definitely go here. Special thanks to Matt A for taking care of us.

Araceli P Stay away from this place! They did a terrible job on my car and when I called them out, they became extremely rude and argumentative and blamed it on the fact that they installed a used part. I had to take my car back the same day after I picked it up due to a wiring issue which they claimed they have never touched but were doing me a favor and "fixed" it. The owner and employees are very sketchy and dishonest. On my last visit to this place I was so frustrated with the situation (taking my car back for the 3rd time on the same week) that the front desk employee didnt take kindly to me listing all my complaints in front of other customers (reinstalling the wiring harness, they routed it entirely incorrectly. None of the factory mounting points were used to secure the wiring harness away from hot and/or moving objects, leaving the harness taut against the side of the engine, which is a fire hazard. the car was able to be started in any gear Park, Neutral, Reverse, Drive) he asked us to leave and to expect a call from the shop owner. The shop owner called me later just to verbally harass me and demanding an apology from me. I took my car to a transmission shop for an evaluation just to confirm the multitude of issues they have created, the poor work quality and strongly suggested to never take my car or any other car to Safety Auto Repair. I have mailed a demand letter asking for a refund which they refuse to issue. I have filed a complaint to the Washington State Attorneys General office and to the BBB. Most of the 5 star reviews here are fake. Just go somewhere else!

Ha Travis My mom’s Highlander had some gaskets and a hose blow out. Leaked 6 quarts of oil in the span of seconds. Had it towed to this Everett location and they had it fixed in a day. Very fast and efficient people. I used to go to their mukilteo location all the time until they switched to this Everett location. Gave me a good price on towing and the fix. Was worth my money for their efficiency and amazing communication. Thank you to Mohammad. Trustworthy mechanic.

Shane Marcell I called and talked to Steve he got me right in. I was at my witts end with this 2001 Mustang Gt. After going through everything. He had it for an hour and had it running after checking everything my fuel pump fuse had blown. Thanks so much you guys are Awesome!!!

Win ing Hutch custom bent a lovely set of dual pipes that hug the underside of my 73 Buick Century tightly and exit through a proper set of tips. I followed his professional recommendation of pipe diameter, based on my explained intended use, and I couldnt be happier with the final result. Christina Barrett I called frantically trying to get my brake pads replaced and Ahmed was ready for me within 15 minutes. He is incredibly skilled and fast, and will give you the BEST price around. He had all the parts we needed and was incredibly informative about my car and answered all of my questions, taking the time to show me and demonstrate what he was talking about. It’s clear he very much cares and I feel safe in his hands! I’ll definitely be coming back for any and all repairs and maintenance in the future. Highly highly recommend!!

Layla Taylor I am so grateful for Ahmed and his generosity, kindness, and expertise. I needed a simple bulb replaced in a headlamp. He was able to see me immediately, fixed the issue easily, taught me how to do it myself and suggested LED upgrades as a courtesy but did not force the idea at all! As a woman who likes to do these jobs myself when I can and have the tools, I felt respected and safe. I live in Seattle, but Ill definitely come back to Ahmed when when I need other services. Annnnnd it was incredibly affordable!
