I got the sense that it was their car more than mine because of how good communication and documentation of everything they had. Better service and attention than any big dealer shop.

Even some customers would drive miles away to get their car service at this shop. I highly recommend for car issues, they will give a good reasonable honest rate.

Bri Brown My 1966 Mustang broke down on a Tuesday afternoon. I called this shop after 4pm. 2 mechanics came over and got my started. It was having an idle, carburator and hot start issue. These guys were so nice and helpful. They didnt even want to charge me! Its so rare these days to get such amazing service.... Especially in a pinch. I am so thankful for them (I believe it was Ahmed and JT). They even adjusted my idle to ensure it would get me home. Thank you so much!!!

Ha Travis Conaway motors worked in my Audi s3. After many hours of tearing it apart and trying to fix it myself, I accepted defeat and towed it to Conaway. They were fast. Took 2 days to diagnose, and 2 days to get it done. I had originally figured there was water in my fuel and thought I got it all out, but when Conaway took it, they diagnosed it with the same issue and cleared my tank + crankcase correctly. Eric, the tech who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service. Had a great conversation with him over the car and he was super helpful. Told me exactly what he did. My float on my fuel pump was even broken (I told him dont worry about it), but he even fixed it for me when he took the fuel pump out. Along with adding a clamp to one of my loose hoses. And then told me other little things about my car just to make sure I knew about them Broken plastics/supports etc). Overall, was worth my money and great experience. They know what theyre doing for sure. Adding on to that, Logan was super nice over the phone and even though I was being a pain in the butt, he stayed professional and reassured me. Tim Conner Smart Service is now my go to for my auto repair as I really appreciate the thorough and accurate diagnosis of my entire car. They fixed the issue I came to them for and they did some preventative maintenance. I appreciate them calling and sending detailed e-mail to discuss the issue and confirming the plan before doing any work. They also have a convenient after hours vehicle drop off. Very satisfied!

Winston Eastman I have been taking my car here for a while now and I dont prefer to go anywhere else. Because of kids and a job I cant not have a car. When I told the staff that I would be getting a rental for the week so I could get my car worked on they came through and were able to get it back to me by Friday after dropping it off that Monday. There was more work than I had anticipated, but I got my car back on Friday like I had hoped and I feel like I paid a fair price for the work done and the peace of mind knowing people who know what they are talking about have worked on my car. Thanks again and I will be back!
