1 /5 Benjamin Campbell: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE: I own a 2016 Volvo station wagon. 120,000 mi approximately. He installed a brake caliper, rotors, and pads for me. He installed the wrong caliper which became apparent some months later when my brake pads FELL OFF while I was driving down the road, leaving me broken down, wheel smoking. AJs answer: "30 day labor warranty" So I took it to Firestone and they were the ones who determined what went wrong. (Pictured below) When I showed up back at AJs shop he wouldnt give me a copy of the receipt for the work that he did for me months earlier. Cost me $600 to fix his work. Fortunately I didnt get into an accident. I wasnt hurt And neither was anybody else. I would say this is thanks to me being aware of what was going on with my vehicle and immediately pulling over. He is lucky. Does he care? Nope. Do not trust this guy with anything more complicated than filling your washer fluid. Hes a bad mechanic. Update less than a week later: My oil light came on today. I checked the oil when I got home and it didnt even register on the dipstick. Guess who changed my oil last? Yep. AJ. Im probably a thousand or two miles overdue for my oil change. I had it changed around the same time that I had my brakes done. But nothing extravagant. I changed it with full synthetic. (I brought my own oil in because I wanted a particular brand. He still charged me the same price he would have if he would have supplied the oil himself) To be fair this may be a coincidence and have nothing to do with AJ. Or maybe not considering the recent events. If you would like more evidence then all I can provide is a story: I had a 2013 RAV4. It died on the freeway. I had it towed to him. The next day he told me "nothing is wrong with your car." I was on a tow truck again that night. I took it to the dealership. Turns out it was the fuel pump and they gave me a rental car (for free) to drive while they fixed it. AJ is a hack. He blamed the parts store when I showed up about the brake caliper. Not his fault he said. His concern is not your vehicle. Its not your well-being or your safety. His ONLY concern is whats in your wallet. The rest is just an act.

5 /5 Matthew: Put my van to this shop for a tuneup. Efficient and prices well. For a moment I thought that the price of labor was high, but then I realized that I looked at the pricing wrong. I like that they are minimalistic and dont try to sell you more work than absolutely necessary. Will recommend. PS: The only thing I find weird is how I was shot with a barrage of personal questions by the front desk guy, but I guess this is simply his way of being "friendly".
