We come both for the quality of the work, which is impeccable, and the style of management, which is honest and transparent. The service manager, Mark Gwyn, sets a tone for open communication that makes all the difference in our experience. We appreciate his leadership and the quality work done by his team. 5 /5 Sabrina: Had such a great experience here today! One of the guys helped me figure out why my trunk wouldn’t open it turns out I had accidentally hit a button that locked it. He also fixed the screen that kept showing the “oil change” reminder. Super fast too, I only waited about 30 minutes and they didn’t charge me anything. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Definitely coming back if I need anything!

I have taken a wide variety of german cars to them for repairs and maintenance, and have always been very happy with the service and expertise from the mechanics, and from the advice provided by Mark G., the manager. When I moved to Seattle, I have continued to bring my cars to Z Sport Euro, even though its much further away than several shops in the Seattle area.
