They did a terrible job on my car and when I called them out, they became extremely rude and argumentative and blamed it on the fact that they installed a used part. I had to take my car back the same day after I picked it up due to a wiring issue which they claimed they have never touched but were doing me a favor and "fixed" it. The owner and employees are very sketchy and dishonest. On my last visit to this place I was so frustrated with the situation (taking my car back for the 3rd time on the same week) that the front desk employee didnt take kindly to me listing all my complaints in front of other customers (reinstalling the wiring harness, they routed it entirely incorrectly. None of the factory mounting points were used to secure the wiring harness away from hot and/or moving objects, leaving the harness taut against the side of the engine, which is a fire hazard. the car was able to be started in any gear Park, Neutral, Reverse, Drive) he asked us to leave and to expect a call from the shop owner. The shop owner called me later just to verbally harass me and demanding an apology from me. I took my car to a transmission shop for an evaluation just to confirm the multitude of issues they have created, the poor work quality and strongly suggested to never take my car or any other car to Safety Auto Repair. I have mailed a demand letter asking for a refund which they refuse to issue. I have filed a complaint to the Washington State Attorneys General office and to the BBB. Most of the 5 star reviews here are fake. Just go somewhere else!
