I have been a customer here for years and I can confidently say that this is the best jewelry store in Spokane. They have all my jewelry needs and service them so well. My husband spent 2 hours trying to decide on the perfect wedding ring upgrade. With Mercedes help he surprised me with the PERFECT ring!! We’ve come back to see Mercedes because I wanted some changes done to my first wedding ring and guess what? Without hesitation, Mercedes stepped in and came to the rescue! LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. Z. Bluegrass Exactly what a fine jewelry store should be. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was genuinely friendly. We went in to look at having my Fiancés engagement ring sized, they offered a great price and were even able to expedite it since we were on vacation (it came out perfect). Looking around this quaint gem of a store also led me find a stunning 18k gold and silver wedding band for myself that was made in house with amazing, subtle, masculine style and stunning craftsmanship (a factor which is just not that common anymore). On top of that, the price was impossible to beat even when comparing online to rings of lesser quality and purity. Thank you for the heirloom. ZB
