We’ve come back to see Mercedes because I wanted some changes done to my first wedding ring and guess what? Without hesitation, Mercedes stepped in and came to the rescue! Slick McFavorite after an exhaustive search and calling or bringing my Ronson windlite into various places for repair I finally was able to find a place it could repair it. I inherited this lighter already broken and couldnt be happier with the price friendliness and attention to detail that was put into repairing it. I would 100% recommend any repair or custom work to be done by These Fine people. I spent 10 minutes just looking in the window of the repair shop and looking at all of the awesome equipment that they have.

Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! Z. Bluegrass Exactly what a fine jewelry store should be. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was genuinely friendly. We went in to look at having my Fiancés engagement ring sized, they offered a great price and were even able to expedite it since we were on vacation (it came out perfect). Looking around this quaint gem of a store also led me find a stunning 18k gold and silver wedding band for myself that was made in house with amazing, subtle, masculine style and stunning craftsmanship (a factor which is just not that common anymore). On top of that, the price was impossible to beat even when comparing online to rings of lesser quality and purity. Thank you for the heirloom. ZB
