We’ve come back to see Mercedes because I wanted some changes done to my first wedding ring and guess what? Without hesitation, Mercedes stepped in and came to the rescue! LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. I saw some earrings that are going on my wish list. Thank you Chreys for turning a stressful situation into a laughter filled memory. Our Mother would have loved your shop.

As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind!
