Z. Bluegrass Exactly what a fine jewelry store should be. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was genuinely friendly. We went in to look at having my Fiancés engagement ring sized, they offered a great price and were even able to expedite it since we were on vacation (it came out perfect). Looking around this quaint gem of a store also led me find a stunning 18k gold and silver wedding band for myself that was made in house with amazing, subtle, masculine style and stunning craftsmanship (a factor which is just not that common anymore). On top of that, the price was impossible to beat even when comparing online to rings of lesser quality and purity. Thank you for the heirloom. ZB

LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. I saw some earrings that are going on my wish list. Thank you Chreys for turning a stressful situation into a laughter filled memory. Our Mother would have loved your shop.

Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! Tara Huggins The yellow diamond is my engagement ring purchased from Kluh - it was an estate piece. It is exquisite. The yellow Topaz with druzy diamonds is an antique ring I’ve had for some time. Both are beloved as they were given to me by my husband. Kluh expertly repaired my antique ring. I’m grateful it’s been restored. Kluh’s team of professionals have always provided me with thoughtful, respectful service. I’ve had several pieces repaired and even redesigned by Kluh. Kluh is the only jeweler I trust.

Laundries Hanging Friendly staff. Nice showroom. Had a necklace shortened and clasp changed. Piece came out looking great, they cleaned the piece as well. Will definitely be back.
