LoriAnns CraftWorks Wandered in with a portion of our Mothers estate jewelry. Pieces that were never appraised and very little history. We couldnt identify several stones, whether pieces were real or costume and what was needing to be appraised for insurance purposes. Everyone was so helpful! Truly amazing service for someone who wasnt buying. Items identified, gem knowledge shared and advice to check with my insurance company before paying for appraisals. Not often you find such helpfulness without spending money. While I dont live here anymore, I visit several times a year, Chreys will be my go to for all my jewelry needs. We also had several items to sell. They offered a good price. 10/10 would recommend checking out this jeweler. They had some amazing pieces on display too. I saw some earrings that are going on my wish list. Thank you Chreys for turning a stressful situation into a laughter filled memory. Our Mother would have loved your shop.

Laundries Hanging Friendly staff. Nice showroom. Had a necklace shortened and clasp changed. Piece came out looking great, they cleaned the piece as well. Will definitely be back.

Slick McFavorite after an exhaustive search and calling or bringing my Ronson windlite into various places for repair I finally was able to find a place it could repair it. I inherited this lighter already broken and couldnt be happier with the price friendliness and attention to detail that was put into repairing it. I would 100% recommend any repair or custom work to be done by These Fine people. I spent 10 minutes just looking in the window of the repair shop and looking at all of the awesome equipment that they have.

Both are beloved as they were given to me by my husband. Kluh expertly repaired my antique ring. I’m grateful it’s been restored. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind!
