Teryn Reché I love the owner. I dont have pictures, but shes done amazing at working with me and being flexible and patient. If an install wasnt the best she would make time to adjust. We grew together in our respective paths and shes such an amazing woman. She and I both have worked creatively to fund our dreams and work through immense challenges. I am so happy for her shes amazing. I cant wait for big moments for her to do my hair again. It would be special. Please go to this shop shes also helped up and coming hair stylist and she works with them to help them in their respective areas of styling. Shes also honest about her technique, capabilites and all of it. I often go back and forth with stylist depending on their availability my ability and circumstances but shes one of the best as an owner and stylist which is hard to manage both. I trust her to pair me with the right person depending whats going on.

Anjahne Brown Coco is AMAZING!!! She is flexible and her prices are decent. She was careful with my hair and attentive to my hair needs. I am active duty so she doesn’t mind waiting until I get off work to do my hair. She got my hair straight and nobody can ever do that. Check her out!!

She is flexible, prices are decent and most of all her service is excellent. Jenny Dickson I just visited The Hive Hair Studio today for the first time today and I am so excited my stylist moved to this location! There is plenty of easy parking and the salon is incredibly spacious, beautiful, and clean. Its wonderful to have stylists who specialize in curly hair here. My stylist, Katie, is absolutely amazing! Amanda Haynes I have been cutting my own hair for years. Mostly with YouTube videos but mostly basic and easy. I have never had my hair professionally colored. I scheduled an appointment for myself and brought pictures with me of what I wanted. When I sat down Marc’s face lit up as he went on to tell me his ideas… and they were mine. I was so happy we had the same goals in mind. He added layers and lightening my heavy hair by what felt like pounds. The way he styled it was wonderful and the texture was absolutely lovely! A week later I went back for color and same thing. I do wish the color was a little more golden BUT I put him in charge and told him to do what he thought he would best. I am so happy and excited to get it “touched up” in a few months but the coloring was done so low maintenance it’s okay if it just grows out. As for him, he is super friendly and kind and I enjoyed listening to stories while I waited on my hair. *Me in glasses is my hair Before.

Jin K Ive come here couple times now. I love how my hair look after Jinnys hair styling. I have dark, thick, straight Asian hair and Jinny knows exactly how to handle my hair. She knows recent trend of Korean hair style and she does amazing job. I got layered cut in the past and I got straight perm, curling and dyes my hair this time. I was so impressed by how well the perm came out, and how Yumi was able to provide the perfect consultation for me-- and not just take the reference pictures and do exactly what the pictures showed. Rug Pilot Toni did an amazing job! And she is very knowledgeable about thin and fine hair. I had a root touch up, cut and style. My hair cut looks very cute and super shiny! Loved everything! Only minor item was that my hair color itched like crazy! I forgot to mention to Toni that I have a sensitive scalp and usually use a soy based product. But thankfully their amazing product only needs 10 minutes to set so the agony was a small price pay for the beautiful results. Next time I will not wash my hair for a few day’s prior to the coloring! I’ll be back for sure! Thanks Toni!!!

Update 3/01/25 I went into the shop everything was great I came in with my hair already braided, I was under the impression that she was going to do a bald cap method. She later explained to me if she does that that is an extra charge. I didn’t plan for an extra charge so I said go ahead and do without she then tinted my lace wasn’t used to this technique, but I’m open to new ideas and new techniques. I knew things went wrong during the application process. I’m used to hairstylist using a hot comb to comb back the baby hairs before applying The lace glue after she applied the glue, she laid the lace down by pressing it with her hands, and then she use a blow dry Handheld one and then proceeded to glue the other side after that, she was laying down my hair I stated to her I have a band to allow the lace to melt, she said she does that after she’s done styling, I tried to explain to her that I’m going to Texas And where I’m going is very humid and I didn’t want the lace to lift at this point I took and began to pull out my own band to lay down my lace I then asked if she could do a C curve What she later got her daughter involved because she stated she couldn’t lay down any baby hair and her daughter was I don’t know what Very disappointed I have pictures or videos so you guys can see how I end up looking when I left. I started to cry because it was my birthday and I was going to go visit family and friends to celebrate Luckily for me, I know how to do hair. I ran to the nearest hair salon and purchased everything I needed for under $100 and I fix my hair look at the And pass your own judgment, I rated her establishment a three because of one the cleanliness two Very nice people and three very understanding she knew I was this satisfied with the hair she explained to me normally she charged 200 some odd Dollars But she was going to charge me $100 that was including the $35 deposit that I’ve already paid. We agreed upon $70. But because I got my wig, sewn down and flat iron she had to charge more agreed I paid her respectfully left the $10 tip, but in my honest I don’t feel this salon is great installments of wigs. That’s just my personal opinion. Had my wig came out the way that I loved it I would’ve gave it five stars I’m not upset just disappointed because I should have walked out when she stated she couldn’t do a C part. I’m a let the pictures speak for itself. And yes, I’m in a hotel bathroom Trying to fix my hair last minute before going to the airport which I had to spend $210 for a room last minute to do my hair plus including supplies that I had to pay for to do my hair Lucky for me I had make up and my travel bag Hair shampoo, so I was able to wash out the wig reinstalled it and perfected I should’ve did it myself lesson learn just be careful if you wanna wig install everything else is great her customers love her and it appears she does great with natural hair. I don’t know about wig stalls like I said, take a look at the pictures and videos and judge for yourself. In a rush I feel I did better but I’m going to have to wait til I land to buy hair and get one of my friends to do my hair thank God it’s only a 4 hour flight peace and blessings to everyone it’s just sad what happened to me they still good people just wouldn’t recommend for any wig installments

Loucinda Rushford Julia was so terrific. She took her time and spent hours on my hair. I was having my hair done because I was shooting a TV show for my dentist. And to top it all off she was even nice enough that the morning of the taping she styled my hair for free no additional charge, which included washing it, drying it, curling it, and styling it. And it even was on her day off. She only came in that morning just to style it for me for the TV show.

Latisha Marie My daughter and I came into get our lashes done March 3rd by Maria. She was really nice and made us feel comfortable. My complaint is the fact that the lashes are falling out not even a week later and it appears to be lash clusters. I asked for individual lashes for both myself and my daughter. We’ve cleaned them and did everything that was recommended. Yet 6 days later over half my lashes fell out on the ends and my daughter has clumps of lashes falling out. I thought I had found a lash tech who I’d want to return to, but nope. I didn’t pay to have them fall out not even a WEEK later. This isn’t my first time getting my lashes done and they look NOTHING like I asked for, but by the time I seen them she was done. Her time management was great, but now I’m wondering if it’s because she cut corners by using lash clusters instead of individual lashes.

Anda Spso Someone I know recommended this salon. I read the reviews and looked over their website. They have really good reviews so I know they provide good service to some people. I thought it was a nice place. I was mistaken. I made an appointment online for braids and called to schedule a shampoo as instructed. I called several times and left 2 messages ( 1 in the am& 1 after 5). I thought they may not have a receptionist but someone would call back. I was wrong. The site said they take walk-in appointments so I went in early to do my shampoo. I arrived after they opened and was told that they were closed the day before (it wasn’t a Sun or Mon and nothing alluded to being closed) but they would see what they could do to fit me in. I received my shampoo and waited for my braiding appointment. I liked the results. I went to the counter to pay and was given an amount that was $40 more than I expected. I asked why I was being charged more and showed the prices posted online. I was told by my stylist that she wasn’t sure why it says that and it must not have been updated. I mentioned that they should address that issue since it was misleading. She said she would speak with the owner about it. After paying I asked for a printed receipt. She said she couldn’t do that. She then asked Jackie how to print the receipt and she was told by her that she would send it to me (get my info). So on top of everything else I wasn’t an important enough client to take a couple of minutes to print a receipt. It has been a few days and I’ve never received the receipt. The whole encounter has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m still unclear why I paid $40 more than was stated on the website. I did not get an elaborate style or really long braids. Just basic, past my shoulders box braids. I did not feel welcome there, so I won’t go back.

Colt Luce Julie was amazing and so patient while my little girl worked up the courage for her ear piercing! Julie and the other girls there were all so nice, sweet and friendly! Appreciate them all and would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking at having a piercing done!! :)
