H Productions I am very pleased with my experience:). I have gone to many nail salons in Tri-Cities and by far, this place has been the most professional, clean, and well mannered. The prices are very responsible too, so that’s a plus:). I paid $45 for this set, with a art design on each ring fingers. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend this business.

Hayley Lawrence I have been going to Jen for the past three years. My sister and mother also have been only going to Jen. Jen takes her time and does fantastic work. Her designs are exactly like the photos I show her. I would not attend any other nail salon in the Tri-Cities. Before I went here, I tried many other places. And Jen is the only nail technician I trust. The salon is clean and quiet. Jen only takes one client at a time, so it is always a very personal visit.

Victoria Mae my fav nail tech for acrylics! she wears gloves, is precise, and super fun to talk to!!! highly recommend!! she also can work on short nails! I was biting mine before I started working with her and they look so good now!!!!

Karla Torres I don’t get my nails done often but now getting them done with Kenzie my acrylics last me 3+ weeks! Always achieves the nails shape and design I ask for! She’s precise, and takes her time doing my nails. She’s a new nail tech and she getting better and better each time I go to her!

Joleen Stewart Didn’t ask me what pedicure I wanted and up sold me- but more then that- grated my “soft” skin and left and open sore- when I pulled back in pain she said “be still”-it bled and everything- she didn’t say a word- when she sprayed alcohol in it (which hurt) I said ouch and pointed she shrugged and said “sorry” had someone else come finish it and put triple antibiotic ointment on it (which I am allergic to) and they didn’t even ask. Then when I got to the front to pay it was $40. I have never paid that much for a pedi. Usually $20-25. Never again!!!

Shannon Cooper Very rude. Would not listen to what I wanted done, dead skin taken off and shape. Told me over and over "I do it". When he went to put the polish on I had dead skin hanging off my cuticles still and shape was not what I asked for so I stopped him from continuing. They drilled the top of our nails, and the bowl I soaked my fingers in didnt have soap, but did have a piece of dead skin floating in it that Im not sure was mine.

Debi Flint Gel manicure - VERY quick - no extra PERIOD - wasnt impressed - nice enough manicure but no shaping, no washing, no massage or real moisturizer - felt it was a bit overpriced considering I felt like a wham bam thank you mame experience

jtatsuno91 The gentleman who did my acrylic set did an absolutely beautiful job. He took his time and made sure my nails looked exactly how I was hoping. The last time I had gotten acrylic nails at another salon my nails were so sore for days, but this time there was zero pain an the nails felt natural to wear which I absolutely appreciated. I will be going back again today to get a fill done. The normal duration to wear them is about 2 to 3 weeks as your nails grow out. Its been 2 an a half now for me an they still look great. I also appreciate how affordable they are as well. Absolutely pleased with the work they did for me! I would also mention they dont massage or soak your hands they will go straight into the filing an gluing nails, so not necessarily a nail "spa" but if your looking to get beautiful nails, my experience was 10/10.

Chelsy Dowdy I had a great experience here today. Micheal did my pedicure and did a very n8ce job and took his time. Then Lee did my full set and was very kind and gentle. My nails look excellent and we all had great conversation. They were kind and respectful. I enjoyed my time here. They treated me very well. Happy Lunar New Years to you!

Alexis Ramirez I went in for a pedicure and only requested that service. However, the technician started doing my nails without my consent, even though I clearly stated I only wanted a pedicure with white polish. She insisted, saying, I do this for you, and even asked about colors for my nails. Despite my initial refusal, I felt pressured into accepting the additional service and ended up paying for it. Be cautious, as they might push extra services even if you say no.

Kris Lapp Men deserve to treat themselves too, right? I decided to schedule an appointment with Cassidy after reading other positive reviews about her hair and nail treatments. The scalp massage felt amazing and the various oils she used made my scalp feel fresh and the smells were very soothing. I had never tried a manicure before, but decided to give it a try. I had no idea my hands and nails could look so pretty! She has such a nice studio setup and pampers you. Feliz Navidad I recently spent a relaxing morning at Cured Salon with Cassidy, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! This salon is like the nail version of Aveda—chic, luxurious, and filled with calming scents. I came in from the cold and was quickly warmed up by soothing hot steam on my feet and the lovely aroma of lemongrass in the air. The pedicure was pure luxury, with warm, steamed botanical scents and a gentle massage that made me feel completely pampered. I chose gel polish, and Cassidy created beautiful pastel art on my toes that I absolutely love. The manicure was equally fabulous. Cassidy used hot steamed towels, rich cuticle oils, and a hydrating lotion that left my hands feeling soft and rejuvenated. I also tried the Dazzle Dry polish, which dries much faster than regular polish—a total game-changer! From the relaxing ambiance with Hocus Pocus on the wall projector to the hot tea, every detail made my visit special. I was truly ‘razzle-dazzled’ by the experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Cured Salon.

Laura Moon Love my hard gel fill with chrome! Been obsessed with the glazed donut look. Cassidy has many diff options for colors and chromes. Everything was clean and professionally done. Will def come back

Ilyanna hovdahl They did do an amazing job, took 3 hrs but reasonable because of the different colors. They quoted 5 dollars extra for both hands different colors and then upped it at the end. Same with the shape, and then doubled it for the gel on top. Dont be fooled by the prices on the wall. They will tell you there the same, then add unnecessary add ons. Make sure you make sure that if u dont want gel on your toes to tell, then multiple times. We asked for no gel on my sisters, and she reminded them again, and they still did it and then made us pay for there mess up!

katrina stokes This has to be the worst salon. I took my 6 year old daughter and myself to get pedicures. My daughter of course wanted to sit in the kid pedicure chair, which did not even work, let alone able for her feet to reach. The lady literally olaced my daughters feet in water and massaged her legs with lotion with the water, which was odd, and then placed a hot towels on her legs, and just walked away. She left my daughter sitting there for the duration of my pedicure, as her towels got cold. The lady doing my feet then when off to only paint her toes, and then left us sitting there for another 20 minutes, until I had to ask what we were waiting for. She didn’t even finish my pedicure, and I had to tell her I did not get everything that I paid for with the pedicure. She then got an attitude, and only gave me a parrafin wax at the end. No lotion, nothing. Then when it came time to pay, she started adding on all these charges. This is by far, my worst experience getting a pedicure. They deserve 0 stars.

Brenda Evans I have gone here a few times and only had a minor issue once. Last night I went and am so disappointed with the money I wasted for her rush job. My nails are uneven, clumpy, super thick in areas and not even fully covered in polish. Needless to say, that will be the last time I go there again!!

be_fabulous gv Went in for a basic pedicure with gel polish she took 30 minutes and my nails where uneven had a big spot with no gel,2 of my feet where each missing top coat making the gel sticky and matte. Also saw her rinse something in my foot water. Sorry to be so frank but I decided to ask them to fix it the following day I was so anxious I couldn’t stop shaking the tech was rude and short, making me fell horrible for asking that my toes be fixed. Stay away

Prettymorfin Morfin I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by 4 seasons,and I couldnt be happier with the results! The attention to detail and creativity they put into their work is simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. They took the time to listen to my ideas and turned them into a beautiful reality. The quality of the products used and the precision in their technique is top-notch. I left the salon with stunning nails that have received countless compliments. If youre looking for a talented and professional nail artist, I highly recommend Ana!!!! Chey Loren Was expecting something like the picture I showed them because the reviews seemed good and the pictures online looked good. However, I was disappointed. The quality of the acrylics was poor and was all over my fingers. The lines were really thick and not straight and left nail polish on my fingers. Would not recommend but the person who did my nails was nice.

Le Andra Madalena Good at pedicures but can’t do a simple design and my nail light was not working so it kept puckering the gel. Tried telling the lady but she kept covering it with clear polish like it would help. My nails were not properly filed to give me a smooth smile line. White design was jacked. The lady before me complained about the same thing… should’ve known them

Oliva Barney This place deserves 5 stars! I didnt get both of the womens names but I will be coming back. They saved my ugly nails from the 2 previous salons that did me dirty. I came in with acrylics and left with powder nails. Im so happy they were willing to fix my nails and not rush me out the door. The lady that did my nails took her time and Im glad she did. Taking off my acrylics hurt because she just used another nail to take them off instead of soaking them but I didnt care they were so ugly the quicker the better lol. When I saw my nails I wanted to cry tears of joy! Im glad I found this place. I will be coming back.

ResilientLee I received and manicure and a pedicure with my daughter today from Sam. I picked out a regular polish and proceeded to receive my services. As we were sitting in the chair getting our pedicures I asked my daughter if she’d ever gotten gel nails. When I moved over to get my manicure I heard Helen telling Sam to tell me to to get Gel. When Sam asked if I wanted Gel, I said no because I knew at that point Helen had been listening to my conversation and jumped at the opportunity to try and upcharge me. When I replied “no thanks” regular is fine” Helen started going off on how regular polish only last 1 day and was visibly irritated I declined Gel. Sam did my manicure, everything was fine. While my nails were drying I accidentally put a tiny smudge on my finger. I apologized to Sam and he was totally fine fixing it. Helen began to berate me in front of another customer she was working on and lecturing me how next time they wouldn’t fix it if I only paid for regular polish because it’s my choice to only pay for regular polish and not pay for a better polish. I listened to her for a few minutes before I got tired of it and told her if her product is that bad then I wouldn’t come back. She thought that was funny and said that was fine. I decided to get up and leave after Sam fixed my nail and I told Helen her behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional and rude. She laughed and I said I wouldn’t come back. Once again she said that was fine. Sam apologized and asked me to come back and I told him I would definitely recommend him but not his rude wife. I’ve been coming here off and on for YEARS. Business must be good for Helen to act this way or she simply just hates her life now. I’ve never encountered Helen acting in such a manner and I hope she adjusts her attitude before another customer who may not have been as nice as I was adjusts it for her. Pull yourself together Helen.

The Picky Eater Got the pearl pedicure package and I swear they messaged my feet forever it was very nice! You have to buy a 2$ file and buffer as they don’t reuse them, unless you bring your own back the next visit. Which was honestly fine to me. Manicure was also nice.

R D Went in for a pedicure this evening and it was very uncomfortable, as a person of size it’s not fun when the tech deliberately calls attention to the fact that the arm rest won’t go down, walks back and forth on FaceTime with the phone pointed towards you and then sits and takes a photo. Not my vibe and would never go back.

Jennifer Contreras My Latina family went to this nail spa yesterday and were treated horribly. The racism they experienced was beyond awful. They did not let them even look at all the colors they had available and the owner was constantly pressuring his workers to get them out sooner. Horrible service and terrible nails. If you’re Latino DO NOT COME HERE. Racist nail salon.

Authenticators Rus Always do a great job for me as I have been a loyal customer for five years and have never been disappointed! Clean shop with all the best equipment, reasonable rates too! I won’t go anywhere else! They have a lovely married couple as owners, and the husband’s sister works there too, so its a family owned company, which is nice. The place can get really busy some days because they have a large loyal customer base, so you’re best off to show up on off days, rather than when everyone gets off work so they can dedicate more time to you. This is just common sense. No one can do their best when they are rushed, so be sure to go before rush hour. You won’t be disappointed! This is CATHERINE posting under my business account. Lori Sprague Stopped in to see if they had time to do a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. Lucky for me, they did. Large selection of nail colors. Will definitely go back when I pass through again

Kate Hickson I had stopped getting my nails done for a year or so. Had a friend come into town and she made us appointments at another shop. They did a absolutely terrible job. Well it was time for a fill and I went back to lasting nails on 27th. I dont remember the gentlemans name. But he did a fantastic job. My nails look great, my hands feel great. Next time my friend comes to town. We will be going back to lasting nails. They are great !

Bailey Epperly Not a good service, we asked for a gel fill and one normal manicure with a gel fill too, they only gave us both a manicure and told us it “would look better”. When the man asked what color I wanted on my nails I told him that I want a white clear base and a pink bow he said that would not look good and told me to do pink and white so I trusted him. When the lady came to do the bow she ran over and quickly did it and she asked if it was ok and I said it was fine and she told me the reason it looked like that was because my nail was to small. One the second nails she wanted it matte and no gloss and she wanted an add on gel just like the photo, he hurt her when he was drilling her nails and he ignored it and went on. He told her that it would look better as a manicure and not as a longer gel so she didn’t say anything. everything was going fine until he started doing the white design on the black nail. He was looking at the photo and staring at it hard, but somehow the moons ended up looking like cookies. and the consolation in stars look like clocks. She wanted him to do, Matt, but he put gel on it and she was so upset on how it looks. She only asked him to do one hand. after he was done doing the white designs, he got nail polish all over her and it all down her hand. When we went to pay we called them before and asked if they did Apple Pay. They said they did but when we went to go and pay they said that it only excepts some cards then they asked the other girl to pay for my nails which she did and she told me I just need to pay her back. The girl with the bow paid 35 and the girl with the stars paid 55. Over all not a great nail salon.

She does acrylic overlay on my nails, no tips. Shes always willing to do any design I bring her. If you are looking for great salon you need to check out M&C Nails in Kennewick.

Hannah Darby Hana did my nails today and my gawd they are beautiful!!! I’ve never done fancy glamour nails like this so was a little nervous but I for sure came to the right person and will be coming back and telling friends where they can come to get gorgeous nails! Caryle Brown Sheryll is the best! My nails are strong, healthy, and look great. She is sweet, friendly, and always attentive to what I want. I honestly dont know how she does it, but she is continuously creating fabulous nail designs for me. You wont be disappointed! Heres my current Breast Cancer Awareness nails as an example of her quality.

Maurissa Valero I came to Sheryll after seeing how beautifully done my friends nails were. I was nervous due to not having a manicure since becoming a mother. She did not disappoint! She was very understanding about picking a good manageable length for me. I’am in love with my nails. I will be booking with her again. It should also be notes that her place was very welcoming, clean and cozy. 10/10 recommend

She did a wonderful job on my nails, checking throughout the appointment to make sure I was good with the shape, length, etc. She was very professional as well as personable and I felt comfortable the entire appointment. Aisiri Ravishankar Would rate zero stars if I could. I wanted my cuticles to be cared for because they were in dire need of some TLC. Also opted for the sugar scrub pedicure. It was a terrible experience. The lady who did my mani and pedi rushed so much it was nuts. I was there with another person who just wanted a pedi, and my mani+pedi took as long as just her pedi. She barely scrubbed my feet, the scrub and massage lasted like a minute each. The nail paint was also terribly applied. The base coat was literally one dry stroke in the middle of my nail. My top coat was similar, and it looked so bad that I showed it to another worker there and she said ‘oh you messed it up’ and then put another top coat on. I did not mess it up. I saw other workers do a much more diligent job, so it looks like your experience would differ because on who you get. I got an older lady with a grown out blonde bob. If you end up with her, run.

Jeniffer Boyles First time and last time here. Went in for a pedicure. When me and my sister walked in they asked us to pick color, as we were looking the girl kept rushing us telling us she was ready now. When we told her we were still trying to pick she kept pointing at the chair saying she was ready right now. So my sister sat first since she had a general idea of what color. I was sat about 10 minutes after her which was fine. Except the girl doing my toes kept trying to catch up to the lady doing my sisters pedicure making my pedicure rushed. The bag liner had a hole so it kept suctioning to my feet and instead of fixing it they just drained it. So I didnt even get to soak in it. They didnt remove any of the dry skin on my feet and then used a different color than I picked. Color was still very pretty but I wish they would have asked first. On the menu it said the sugar scrub Pedi was $27 and $15 for gel. Thats exactly what I got but when I got to the counter to pay they said it came to $58. I have no idea how considering it was the fastest pedicure I have ever had (about 10 minutes) with no massage and a quick run over with sugar scrub and no callus removal at all. My feet still are dry and nails look like I did them myself. Save your money. This place just wants you in and out like a lot of places these days and you can do a better job yourself.

Aleen Hyer Horrible experience. After being there for 1.5 hrs as one of the only people in there and having horrible dip nail done and getting my cuticles buzzed till they bled the nail tech then stuck her fingers in my top coat which I asked her to redo. She redid them and then wiped the top coat off with a paper towel so she did a third top coat. When the third top coat dried uneven and grainy I asked for a refund of $45 or for a gift card. Both they refused. Never again.

dishondra goree The nail tech was roo rough, she scratched me three times. Never said sorry, just asked if I was okay. She doesnt pay attention to small details. My thumbs are two different nail shapes, one is square and the other is coffin shape. She never asked me which shape I wanted and the cost WAS TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! I will not return, just sloppy attention to detail.

Natalie Villa if i could give this place no stars i would! I got acrylic toes done, there was no one in there I was the only customer. The lady who did my toes didn’t listen when i asked if i could get the more squared she only did my two big toes and that was it. While she was doing my toes she used scissors to clean the acrylic under the nail! she charged me an extra 15 to do all white and no gel was used. my toes are all different shapes and sizes! NEVER EVER will i be going back! Also instead of using a brush to dust the dust away she SLAPPED my feet!

chelsea nickerson They were super kind here qnd their work is amazing I just have ugly fingers! She took her time with her work. I got a fill and fixand it was only around 40 but I got matte and silver foil. I felt awkward just because of the language barrier and the silence but in always so happy with the product! Graduation will be amazing with fixed nails! Edit: my nails did end up bubbling than peeling but they fixes it for free qnd it didnt do it again might of been me idk the professional looking picture is from a photoshoot after they were fixed. Both times the acrylic wasnt flat smooth but Im not mad.
