Shobika Sabashan I’m very glad I have chosen EPIness studio for my electrolysis treatments. I have been coming to this studio for over two years now. Angie, the lovely Electrologist, is very supportive and, most importantly, has been honest throughout the journey. She set realistic expectations from day one regarding the time frame and discomfort/pain that may be experienced. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she welcomes and treats her clients in the comfort of her home, like were her friends and family. For anyone who is looking for an Electrologist, I would recommend Angie in a heart beat!

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. The studio was clean, relaxing, and had a calming atmosphere. She was incredibly professional and skilled. She made sure to explain every step of the process and took great care to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The body wax was thorough but gentle, and my skin felt smooth and soft afterward. As for my eyebrows—WOW! She shaped them perfectly, taking the time to listen to exactly how I wanted them done, and the result was flawless. The attention to detail and level of care were exceptional, and I appreciated how hygienic and precise everything was. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back for regular appointments. Bridget Carman Have been here a few times. Service has been high and low. This morning I saw Harman who was absolutely fantastic. She greeted me by coming out from behind the desk with a lovely welcome and smile. She reassured me when she knew I was a little uncomfortable as I have very sensitive eyes. After threading she placed her hand on my brow and applied a little pressure which helped with the sensitivity. Harman did a lovely job in shaping my brows giving me a little arch. She was very good with the waxing also. Will see her again.

Minnie Mouse I came to do my nails on mothers day and I asked the lady how much for a refill she continued it was 60.00 which was fine. After I left I realised I was actually charged 80.00 they had to fix one nail (didnt expect a repair to be 20.00) and which the glue was everywhere they didnt even drill the underneath. 4 nails have had the shellac peel off, i went on a holiday the next day. I was so upset with the service. I was actually recommended to them. Its been now 2 weeks. They look disgusting and I have to go elsewhere. They were in a hurry to get me out which was sad. Spoke in their language and so easily to tell when they are talking about you. Self esteem down the drain. Very upsetting experience. Will never go again.

Ghazal Ghaed Rahmati I visited the salon on Thursday at 7:30 PM for a full acrylic set with French tips, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the service I received. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish, and it really showed in the final result. Each nail is a noticeably different shape, parts of the top coat have already chipped, and one of the nails has completely fallen off—despite it not even being a week since the appointment. What was also concerning was that the staff member who did my nails left immediately after I paid, literally running out to Coles. It gave the impression that finishing my appointment quickly was more important than the quality of the work. I expected much better professionalism and care, especially for a service I was paying for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
