Shobika Sabashan I’m very glad I have chosen EPIness studio for my electrolysis treatments. I have been coming to this studio for over two years now. Angie, the lovely Electrologist, is very supportive and, most importantly, has been honest throughout the journey. She set realistic expectations from day one regarding the time frame and discomfort/pain that may be experienced. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she welcomes and treats her clients in the comfort of her home, like were her friends and family. For anyone who is looking for an Electrologist, I would recommend Angie in a heart beat!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease Jen is an absolute superstar! Her kindness and professionalism truly set her apart. Ghazal Ghaed Rahmati I visited the salon on Thursday at 7:30 PM for a full acrylic set with French tips, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the service I received. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish, and it really showed in the final result. Each nail is a noticeably different shape, parts of the top coat have already chipped, and one of the nails has completely fallen off—despite it not even being a week since the appointment. What was also concerning was that the staff member who did my nails left immediately after I paid, literally running out to Coles. It gave the impression that finishing my appointment quickly was more important than the quality of the work. I expected much better professionalism and care, especially for a service I was paying for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
