1 /5 Minnie Mouse: I came to do my nails on mothers day and I asked the lady how much for a refill she continued it was 60.00 which was fine. After I left I realised I was actually charged 80.00 they had to fix one nail (didnt expect a repair to be 20.00) and which the glue was everywhere they didnt even drill the underneath. 4 nails have had the shellac peel off, i went on a holiday the next day. I was so upset with the service. I was actually recommended to them. Its been now 2 weeks. They look disgusting and I have to go elsewhere. They were in a hurry to get me out which was sad. Spoke in their language and so easily to tell when they are talking about you. Self esteem down the drain. Very upsetting experience. Will never go again.

1 /5 tianna faraci: Iv been a regular customer for a few years however would never return again, after getting toe infection TWICE from pedicures done by untrained staff. I should have learnt my lesson the first time, however decided to give them another chance, just for the same thing to happen again. Tina was incredibly rough when doing my acrylics and pedicure. She over cut/ripped the the side of my toe nail which was left infected and throbbing for weeks, just when I had to go overseas.

1 /5 Anita Esmaeli: Extremely rude and passive aggressive staff. Their arrogance is truely outstanding. You would think that they’re saving lives instead of providing a beauty service that is also offered by many other places within a walking distance from them. They act like they’re doing you a favour and get offended when you respectfully request for them to do your nail a certain way or have a change of mind before going through with something , when in reality you’re PAYING for the service. Not to mention, their prices have to be joke because they’re outrageous specially for the customer service they provide Tip from a consumer and also a business owner for your business: in order to attract customers and have their loyalty, you need to have patient and friendly staff That way you might also have a better rating for your business , cheers

As a beautician myself I felt comfortable coming here due to the previous nail treatments Ive had done here that had great hygiene and customer service. I made an appointment booked for natural cat eye lashes and specifically asked for not too long or too thick. I had a consultation for about 10 minutes and we went over their lash style diagram as well as some photos and discussed price. She started the treatment but swapped with someone else early into application and when I opened my eyes they were the complete opposite of what was discussed. Thick, long and gaudy full Russian volume set. I said I was not happy and she tried to compliment me and say I suited them, I kindly disagreed and stated clearly that it was not what I asked for. I asked if she could reduce the price for I know shes not going to charge for a natural set and she offered to try fix it. She starts ripping lashes off my eye lids and I kindly asked her to stop BECAUSE SHES RIPPING MY EYELASHES OUTWITH THE FALSIES but she still asked me to wait. There obviously wasnt much she could do for the glue is dry but I was so embarrassed to have to leave like that for I had plans that evening for friends to say their farewell to me for I was going overseas. Not only was the consultation a waste of time but she didnt even give me a discount for the horrendous lashes that took her 2 hours to do. As an experienced beauty therapist who runs my own salon, I was very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability.
