From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. The studio was clean, relaxing, and had a calming atmosphere. She was incredibly professional and skilled. She made sure to explain every step of the process and took great care to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The body wax was thorough but gentle, and my skin felt smooth and soft afterward. As for my eyebrows—WOW! She shaped them perfectly, taking the time to listen to exactly how I wanted them done, and the result was flawless. The attention to detail and level of care were exceptional, and I appreciated how hygienic and precise everything was. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back for regular appointments.
