1 /5 Kimberly Rawlinson: I am only leaving one star because the phone situation and trying to reach Dr. KIMBERLY IS like pulling teeth. I also went on a Monday for bloodwork got there at 10 :15 there was only one family in the lobby waiting. After 30 minutes they were called back. I waited another 15 minutes and never got called to do blood work. Dr Kimberly is amazing if I was just grading her I would get 5 stars but the rest is impossible to deal with.

5 /5 Zqueen 1980: I have been receiving care here for over 10 years. The staff is nice and doctors are extremely knowledgeable. When you come here, you are guaranteed treatment for your condition instead of spending the entire day at the ER not knowing if they’ll do anything at all. Would recommend to anyone

5 /5 Kristen Basta: I decided to try coming here for primary care after the Coppell location closed a couple years ago and I continue to make the drive to Plano for this office. My experiences at this location with the staff and Dr. Bhalli have always been very positive. They really care about their patients and take time to listen and understand. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Carmen X: My son introduced me to this Urgent Care back in January of 2021. I keep on getting my care here because of the excellent staff: Syeda, at the front desk, Hamida, NP, Ayesha, MA. They are fabulous! They are courteous, caring, attentive, supportive and friendly. The physician assistant, Muhammad Arshad Bhalli is an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring professional. One of the most important things when you are ill and you go to visit a doctors office is that they listen to you, they sympathize and empathize, and not feel rushed; and believe me, they listen. At this point, I would not go anywhere else. Thank you to my son Danny for bringing me here when I was ill and thank you Urgent Care of Texas in Plano for your excellent service.
