Cathy Blake This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumates patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,hes compassionate and he truly cares. His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well. Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children! Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If youre willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.

Dudley Volcansek I experienced superior customer service. When you are having surgery it is so nice when the staff is attentive and accommodating. Sophia is a receptionist that went out of her way to answer questions and provide help. Connie (a nurse) was attentive to my questions and delivered on our needs. The on-premise cafe is delightful.

Jenny ODell Today, I want to reflect on my big day!! I had surgery to fix my fracture/dislocation, which is known as a Lisfranc injury, and I can honestly say it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. I had the best care at Texas Health Hospital in Frisco TX, and it was so refreshing to be in a place where patient care is truly prioritized. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The personal touches, like my husband having his own concierge, really made a difference and added a sense of calm during an otherwise stressful time. Normally, I’m on the other side of healthcare, providing care for my own patients. I’ve worked in the clinical & surgical setting before, and now, in my current role, I’m still very much involved in the healthcare world. But today, I was the patient. It’s a completely different experience, and it really gave me a new perspective on how important it is for hospitals and staff to treat you like a person, not just a number. As I focus on recovery, I feel incredibly blessed. I’m so grateful for my surgeon, the entire nursing staff, and the beautiful facility that made this experience as smooth as possible. Now, it’s all about taking it easy and unwinding as I recover, but I can’t help but feel so thankful for the care I received. Faith Dr. Hina Cheema is probably the best doctor I have ever been seen by. She read my history and notes and the very first question she asked me when she walked into the treatment room was, “how are you doing.. emotionally and mentally?” She is the first doctor to acknowledge that things for me haven’t been easy lately with my health and she knew I was struggling. In that moment when she asked me that, I knew she wasn’t just making conversation or small talk. She truly cared about me and I was a complete stranger she had only seen for 5 seconds. Dr. Cheema is highly skilled and intelligent and she is extremely thorough. But most importantly, she is kind, compassionate, and treats every single patient with the upmost respect. She listened to me and actually heard what I had to say. She didn’t just listen to respond. Dr. Cheema has some of the best bedside manners and she truly treats her patients like family. If you ever need her expertise and services, I promise you will be in amazing hands and the staff at this office will take the best care of you. The front desk staff and medical assistants were so kind to me today. I never felt judged or looked down upon for not having insurance or a primary doctor. Today, I felt like every person working in that building cared about me, my health, and getting me better. Thank you all so much for the kindness and the compassion you extended to me.
