5 /5 Oxein Lopez: I was fortunate enough to visit this urgent care center and I can recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. The doctors were very attentive, explaining every step of the treatment and answering all my questions patiently. The facility was clean and well organized, which gave me a lot of confidence. Definitely a trustworthy place to receive urgent care. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!

5 /5 Tera Hardison: First time and still here currently. Came in and they got me straight back. They have all been amazing and I have truly enjoyed each of them. Great customer service skills and did a great job at calming me down (came in with medication stuck in throat). If you need a quick emergency room where you feel like they listen and value you and how you’re treated, I 10/10 recommend coming here. So thankful for everyone that I deal with today. Truly the best!

From the moment I arrived, Tiara C. and the staff was attentive and compassionate. The triage process was quick, and I was seen by a doctor in a timely manner. The medical team was highly skilled, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure my comfort throughout my visit. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology, which helped to ease my anxiety. The nurses were attentive, always checking in and providing updates, while the support staff was friendly and helpful. Despite being in the ER, I felt like I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The team made sure to address all of my concerns and explained my treatment options thoroughly. I left the hospital feeling confident in my care and grateful for the dedication of the entire ER team. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend them for emergency care. The professionalism and compassion of the staff truly stood out, making a stressful situation much more manageable.

5 /5 Candace Banks: Brought the athlete kiddo in, AGAIN, and the staff was amazing! Liz and Heather were so kind, quick to answer all questions and kept the experience as positive as possible. Liz even gave the kiddo a lesson for walking with his new crutches. Thanks to the whole team!
