1 /5 Miranda L: I cannot emphasis enough how unprofessional and disorganized Pri-Med Care is. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and quite honestly disrespectful. I had called to verify that my insurance was to be taken, as Dr. Chandra was listed as in-network and selected as my PCP. I was reassured that everything was in their system and I had scheduled an appointment. After my 2 hour drive I arrived, and it wasn’t until they had me fill out paperwork that they told me that they would not take my insurance and I would have to pay out-of-pocket for my appointment. I am unsure why they did not clarify this with me when I called to verify a week prior or even before having me fill out paperwork. Also not sure why they still have themselves listed as in-network when they refuse to take the insurance. I truly hope that their intentions were not to make more money off of an out-of-pocket charge for service on my immediate need to be evaluated for an injury. It ended up being a complete waste of my time and caused much frustration. I highly recommend not wasting your time and finding a different provider, as this business lacks communication, respect, and care for their patients.

5 /5 Nick Pappas: I’ve been a patient at Pri-Med Care for years, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Both Dr. Khan and Dr. Chandra are incredible physicians who truly care about their patients. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain things thoroughly. The clinic runs efficiently, and I rarely have to wait long for my appointments. The staff is professional, friendly, and makes scheduling or following up super easy. On top of that, their services are very affordable, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a reliable and compassionate medical team, Pri-Med Care is the place to go. Highly recommend!

1 /5 kat: I have to say the doctor is very sweet and nice but she has to be over extending herself to a point she is not following through for her patients. I have not had one visit I didnt have to call the office multiple times to get what I actually went in for. Every referral has been worse than this office. I hate to say it but I have to give up after trying for a year to get quality service. I feel like all my visits should be refunded at this point because the time I have had to take away from my own work has cost me more money than the visit itself just so i can get the meds I went in for in the first place. Niceness get you through some of it but it doesnt help the medicines i keep having to go without for MONTHS. RIDICULOUS. Do not come here if you are in dyer need of medication refills. It wont happen or if it does, you will be waiting months.

1 /5 Saikat Mazumder: STAY AWAY FRoM THIS CLINIC.. Beware and stay away from these cheats.. A bunch of unprofessional people work there who doesn’t know anything about customer service. And the only thing they know is how to cheat customer with their money.. they are fraud and they bill insurance with wrong services and duplicate services.. they will make you do tests which are irrelevant and unnecessary as part of the annual preventative checkup guaranteeing everything will be covered by the insurance.. and when I resisted I was told that it’s my first visit and so I should do all tests.. I just went for my annual preventative checks.. and finally I got a bill from the clinic and also from the lab for those unnecessary tests.. and they charged the insurance twice for the same visit and when insurance rejected they charged me.. that too I got to know about the clinic bill when I called their clinic for the lab bill.. and when you called them , they don’t understand anything and keep repeating like a robot as if they are reading some predefined scripts.. I can keep writing on and on but the bottom line is stay away from this clinic.. unless you are fine with your hard earned money being cheated by these folks or unless you are fine under extreme mental anxiety and pressure while talking to these clinic stuff.. STAY AWAY.. STAY AWAY..

5 /5 Himantha De Silva: If you want a covid test done ASAP and tried everywhere to get an appointment and failed just give these guys a ring. They didn’t have an available appointment but was patient enough to listen to me and go out of their way to fit me between two other appointments. Why I appreciate it? Cause none of the other places took even the time to ask me why i wanted to get this test done immediately. The staff should be given an award for their attentiveness to their patients. This is the GO-TO place.
