CAROLENA Both Physcians Dr Bharti and PA Saima Ali have exceptional bed side manner. I am primarily seen by the PA Ali. I hesitated to be seen by her when Dr Bharti was not available on a time slot I wanted but to my pleasant surprise Dr Ali exceeded my expectations! I must say that out of my 40 years of being seen by various physicians in various states Dr Ali is by “far” the Best! Extremely kind! Always smiles with a “Hello” upon entering. Begins by asking you personally… how are you? (not reading the questionnaire check box telling you what you’ve wrote) gives you eye contact as she speaks. She doesn’t push medication like so many physicians do but listens to my expressed concerns for identifying the cause for my visit or medication side effects. If I address a health problem not mentioned for my initial visit…NEVER…has Dr Ali told me “let me see you another day for that” as I have been told by other doctors. I find this absolutely amazing because I have RARELY felt like a physician actually cared about me during the office visit. I do under Salma Ali’s care. Dr Bharti says hello to me by name as I walk through the office although I am being seen by her PA. These two are a great team for the care of patients. Rare in this world! Thank You Both for the exceptional care I receive each visit. Oh…let me not forget the office workers, nursing care and business manager are worth commending. They return calls and try diligently to solve concerns doing so with respect and kindness. I also have never experienced a long waiting period to be seen and even if I did….it wouldn’t bother me with these two because they are most likely showing the same kindness to another. :-D Whom ever may read this please know I wrote this on my own initiative. Warren Wilke I have been visiting Dr.Evans for several years now. He is quite knowledgeable and personable. He has helped me with my hearing and was able to diagnosis an unusual problem I have in my left air. His staff is friendly and responsive making visiting Dr. Evans office easy and a valuable experience.

Very good diagnostician, very patient never feel rushed by her, excellent listener with a very good memory of previous conversations and concerns. Josies Jockey After a few bumps in the road/miscommunication I finally got in to see doc. Was skeptical about injecting my knee with something other than just steroids. It’s been 4 weeks my right knee has very very little pain!! Injected my left knee today. But I’m extremely pleased with the doc there. Highly recommend!!

Polk Dana I love this office! I love Dr. Reyna and his team! He has a humbled spirit, who keeps it all the way 100% with his patients. He is honest, and checks you out thoroughly. He doesnt rush the visit like most doctors do. He takes his time with compassion, and he is a God-fearing man! It cant get any better than this. Love you guys.

Sowjanya Gunukula I recently had my labor and delivery experience at this Medical City of Lewisville, and I cannot praise the staff and facility enough. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. The nurses were incredibly supportive, guiding me through each step with compassion. The labor rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing a calming environment. My doctor was attentive and ensured I felt informed and empowered throughout the process. After delivery, the postpartum care was exceptional. The nurses checked in frequently, offering assistance and support. Overall, I highly recommend Medical City of Lewisville for anyone looking for a positive labor and delivery experience. Their dedication to patient care truly shines through.

Asya M I am giving these Stars to Dr. Megan who was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She explained everything to me and made sure i understood throughout the whole process. She even gave me resources for a primary doctor and asked for me to come back tomorrow a follow up appointment.

A James Went for a procedure, was told the “check in” process would be an hour or so. I was checked in sorted scanned hooked up plugged in and signed off on rolling into the procedure room in less than 30 minutes. A swarm of very friendly nurses and support staff, they double and triple checked everything to ensure my safety. The doctors themselves even came by and asked questions and verified everything before we got going… and then before you knew it was out and back up and everything was done quickly and efficiently. All pre- and post- care directions were thoroughly explained. They followed up the next day to make sure I was still doing fine. Overall one of the better medical experiences I’ve had - nothing like waiting in an ER for hours or a doctors office that over scheduled and has you there five hours before they will actually see you.

Himantha De Silva If you want a covid test done ASAP and tried everywhere to get an appointment and failed just give these guys a ring. They didn’t have an available appointment but was patient enough to listen to me and go out of their way to fit me between two other appointments. Why I appreciate it? Cause none of the other places took even the time to ask me why i wanted to get this test done immediately. The staff should be given an award for their attentiveness to their patients. This is the GO-TO place.
